If I could give this place negative stars I would. I came in to get my screen replaced after it shattered. The woman told me it was 120 to get the screen replaced and told me to come back in a hour to pick up my phone. Not only did she read my incoming text messages in front of me but she broke my phone even more. I came back after an hour and pickup up my phone and paid 145 for the fix and a screen protector only to find out once I left she had broken the phone even more. My home button and fingerprint scanner no longer works. So I had to drive back only to be told by her that sometimes the home button breaks after they replace the screen and there was nothing they could do. I asked to speak with her manager and she call a man who told me «sometimes it works and some times it doesn’t.» I asked why I was not informed of this prior to them replacing my screen because if I knew that it wouldn’t work anymore I wouldn’t have replaced the screen and would have gotten a new phone. He said this just what happens and he couldn’t help me. I then asked for a refund and they told me i had to put my old screen back on and now have a home button that no longer works in order to get a refund. I took the refund and now have a broken screen and a broken home button on top of it. They have no customer service card and never apologized for breaking my phone even more. This place should be shut down and I will be contacting my lawyers.

Unfortunately, cheaper labor equates to cheaper quality. The customer service from the lady was nice, oh but her job and the material was not worth the money :(
Tuesday, went to get my white iPhone screen «fixed» and was told to come back an hour after; came back and was told my home button was broken and she offered a home button that was in a different color because she did not have the proper supplies to fix my gadget. A white phone with a black home button didn’t really suit my style so I decided to keep the broken but functional home button. Had to wait another half hour to come back and pick up my screen fixed phone.
Paid $ 50+tax which approx ends up to $ 55.
Dropping my phone without its protective case many times, I’ve had my iPhone fixed that many times in another store that would usually cost me $ 70-​$ 80 which is why Tech City at Golf Mill appealed to me at this time.
Come Wednesday, screen broke without dropping but with my hand clapping the iPhone screen’s face.

The guy working fixed my phone pretty quickly and it has been working great ever since. The screen was cracked and he fixed it in about 30 minutes. He was so nice he even threw in a free screen protector. Definitely coming back if I need more phone help.
