Walked in on Tuesday, were told place is full unless you had reservations or go to the bar, luckily there were 4 seats at the bar. We sit at the bar, not busy(obviously because there was empty seats) and the bartender, Jonathan takes about 15 minutes to acknowledge us, after he acknowledges us he takes about another 15 minutes to ask if we want drinks, so we ask for a drink menu, that too takes about 10 – 15 minutes and to make matters worse he brings 1 drink menu for 4 girls, really? He takes our drink order then asks if we want food, we said yes and he brings 2 menus, again for 4 girls. Throughout our time there his service was just frustrating, unprofessional and overall annoying. Towards the end of our visit, a woman comes up to me and asks if the 3 seats by me are taken, I said no and he turns around sees her and says«hey there, raspberry lemon drop?» clearly she and her husband are regulars, I then asked for our check and paid leaving no tip.

The chronic slow service with a disinterested attitude spoils what could be a very nice dining experience. Management needs to address.

This place is great; clean professional and delicious are three words that I would use to sum it up. The staff is superb and the menu although limited is all very tasty and reasonably priced. Sit at the bar and have one of their top notch bartenders make you an excellent beverage, or try one of their barrel aged margaritas, they are delicious. A meal here is like a mini vacation, as it is a nice break from the otherwise funkiness of Nipomo and the surrounding areas.

We went here for dinner and thought it was ok! We ordered some salads and pizzas. Two people got a burger and fries and the bun was soggy as it was sitting in the window for a while. The onion rings were tasty and came with some cheese curds that were fried. Another person got the veggie lasagna that was good. The sauce was not as flavorful as it could have been. For Nipomo this is a great option but a bit overpriced for what you get. Overall, we might come back if no other option was available.

This place is super fancy and the prices reflect that! It is certainly a treat eating here. The place is beautiful. When you go here it’s more about the look, than the food. They used to have lobster mac and cheese on the menu, but they took it off! I’m bummed because it was so good! I got white sauce pizza last time I went and I was disappointed– so don’t order that. Also, if you go with a large group, the table they give you is so big you can’t even hear each other! I like eating here with a group of 4 though!

Love the atmosphere here. The dining room is gorgeous and you will feel like you are treating yourself to an experience. The grounds are breathtaking and staff is always nice. It’s so wonderful to enjoy ingredients that are homegrown and that the Chef takes time to pick daily for your dining experience. Very classy and I always look forward to going back. **Go online and see what they are serving as the menu is always changing ** Great date night option

This is a quasi-country club environment where I expect the staff to have a personal connection with me and I expect the food and service to be excellent. In the 7 months we have lived here and frequented Adelina’s I have never been disappointed. Chef Charles has done a great job with a varied menu and frequent enough changes to keep it interesting. The bar and wait staff know us and engage in just the right amount of personal conversation without ever crossing any boundaries. The food and service have always been excellent and any issues or concerns immediately addressed. With a variety of great local places this is my go to – not just because I can walk here, but because of the great food, service and people. The staff obviously take tremendous pride in serving their customers. Kudos to Chef Charles, Justin, Katherin, Jonathan, the hostesses and the entire kitchen and bus staff!

Over 100 whiskies and 25 tequilas. Limited but excellent menu. Great brick oven thin crust pizzas. Best non-ocean view ambience on the Central Coast.(Golf course views). Off the beaten path but worth searching for. Long, friendly bar with barrel aged cocktails. Service sometimes spotty but you shouldn’t be in a hurry when visiting the Central Coast.

Great spot to meet husband for lunch after he finished golf at Monarch Dunes and I had just left the Sandalwood Spa. Very comfortable lobby area with fireplace and view of the golf course. We sat at a table for two with a view of the golf course. I had the Detox Salad and he had the Kobe beef hamburger. Both were excellent! Waiter was very attentive and food was brought out quickly. Will definitely be back the next time we return to the area.

OMG we just had the best dinner at Adelina’s bistro. Our server(bartender) Kat was extremely personable and very attentive. We look forward to trying new items on the menu. Two thumbs up.

The drinks and food are probably the best in the culinary wasteland that is called Nipomo. I’ve frequented this restaurant many times for drinks and appetizers or dinner but this review is namely for our business meeting we had in the captain’s room a couple of weeks ago. We were seated promptly and welcomed warmly. In the past we have had servers who try to have long conversations at every check in which can be problematic in a business meeting. Not this time! Our server, Jonathan, was just so incredibly respectful, helpful, and understanding of our desire not only for great food and drink, but for a productive and efficient business meeting. He was able to read the room and enter and exit at precisely the right time with very little interruption. He gracefully took the cues from us instead of pushing his own serving agenda and as a result we had one of our most productive and efficient dinner meetings in our history. Our drinks were refilled as soon as they were empty and plates cleared promptly, all with a smile and very little interruption. We will request him as our server every time. Thank you, Jonathan, for providing service one step above!

«I got slammed they gave me two tables» wow. Does the customer really need to know that you and your management team can sit and handle 4 – 6 tables? Pathetic the«manager» was never to be seen. The best staff this place has is the cooks and hostess. The menu is kind of fun but needs help. The food needs the old fashion love of just salt and pepper trust me it works try it on some protein.

Tried the bar again and disappointed as usual. We waited while a bartender talked to a couple of women. Then a new bartender arrived and looked right past us. Finally she took our order as she spoke to everyone around else about her twins and her husband the firefighter. This attention to regulars continued throughout our stay… prompting me to have to ask for another glass of wine rather than for her to offer to get another glass. Every time we visit we see the same behavior… personal interaction with regulars to the extent of ignoring people she/he don’t recognize. I own two houses in Trilogy(rentals) and am continually amazed at the crummy service at the Bistro. We eat at the Butterfly Grille at least twice a week. Take a lesson from Amy, Cameron, Leo, or Wanda on how to treat people. My next glass of wine will be at BG… never Adeline’s again.

With very few options in town for an appetizer and drinks get together, I chose Adelinas because I new it has a nice ambience. The food was NOT good and the menu lacked! No appetizers but pizzas which were OK but not great. The views were nice but not enough to make up for the menus short comings.

As my wife and I will be moving to Nipomo in the near future, we had dinner(twice) at Adelina’s Bistro. The first night the hostess could not find our reservation. Regardless, we were seated. We had lobster Mac and Cheese which was excellent. The fresh rolls provided were also excellent(warm, toasted and crunchy). The following night we ordered a pizza and a wedge salad. The pizza arrived slightly charred on the outer crust. The taste was excellent. The wedge salad was very good, but could have used some chopped tomatoes other than bacon, dressing and blue cheese. The food was prepared very well and the presentation was great. Prices were in-line with what we expected. The waiter was affable and we did not feel rushed. Truly, a fine dining experience.

I have been here many times, he food is excellent for dinner on weekend nights. However they have limited menus on weekdays and you never know which menu they are going to have. Great beer and wine selections, and great gourmet pizzas too.

I was not impressed with their dinner menu. The ambience was high end but the menu was mostly pizza and sandwiches. I expected rack of lamb, prime rib, crab legs… etc. Drinks and appetizers was good though.

Just beautiful! I took my BFF for her birthday and she was blown away and she is a tough customer. The dining area is so classy and cozy. I was even impressed at how reasonable it was for such a snazzy place. I like how it is somewhat tucked away from most people knowing of it(keeps the clientele upscale).I like that it is quiet enough to have a decent conversation and there were no kids running about. The bar is just breath taking. This place is a little oasis and makes me feel like I’m on a vacation. Love it and plan to visit more often.

Went to brunch with my in-laws at Adelina’s. I had the Wild Mushroom Omelet (mozzarella cheese, spinach, fresh herbs, avocado, hash brown, toast) and it was excellent! The brunch menu is varied with traditional breakfast items(Eggs Benedict, omeletes, pancakes, eggs/toast) with some lunch items as well as their brick oven pizzas. Adelina’s serves brunch until 3, which is great since many places stop serving brunch at 2. They also have bottomless mimosas. We sat in one of the large booths which was comfortable. I really liked the openness of the restaurant. Would be nice to just stop in for a drink or a glass of wine sometime and sit outside or, on a cold afternoon, sit inside by the fireplace.
