Taco Bell

I will never return to this Taco Bell again. My son found 2 staples in his 5 layer burrito. When I contacted the manager she was very rude never apologized and told me to call the corporate office.

Drive thru takes forever! Took 15 minutes to get my order. Should’ve just went inside. Asked for a plain soft taco and somehow got potatoes in it???

Are these people serious. Not only dose the food always come out sloppy the people are just not with it. Come on nipomo get it together.

Zero stars… we drive to sm or ag if we want taco bell. You’ll have to order three of the same to get what it looks like on the menu… seriously the amount of meat i get on a regular taco would fit on a teaspoon. This place sucks…

Waited in the drive through for 20 minutes with 2 cars ahead of me just to find out my order was wrong and i only ordered 2 things??? Really wanted the
DORITOS® CHEESY GORDITA CRUNCH, not a double decker taco!!!

TERRIBLE i wish i could give it zero stars. I’ve only been to their drive through like 3 times because they are close by. Every time they got my order wrong. The last time i was there was my LAST time! they told me they didn’t have the sauce i wanted and would give me some other kind. Instead they gave me no sauce at all. I got home to realize my order was wrong, my «Cheesy Potatoes» had no cheese and were burnt to a crisp, they were absolutely inedible. The workers are completely inept. They are rude and can’t even be bothered to be polite when taking your order.
Ususally Taco Bell is my go-​to and the ones in Santa Maria have nice courteous workers. This branch of Taco Bell is the worst.

Food is to be expected but I avoid going here on my lunch break. SLOWEST DRIVER THROUGH EVER! Few options in Nipomo though.

First time: ordered at drive thru, the power went out so we were in line 30 mins after ordering, the food was cold
Second time: i ordered a quesorito and they didnt put any cheese i also ordered the new captain crunch cinnabons and they were cold with no filling
Third time, i wanted a black bean burrito with cheese the girl clarified with me three times and i got a regular bean cheese and rice burrito instead
Make the effort go somewhere else or cook at home

Before discovering Taco Bell here in beautiful Nipomo, I would have a hard time finding a Solution to pay for both my enema and a lunch item. Finally, I can kill two birds with one stone! A few bites of a cheesy gordita crunch and my occasional constipation is cleared out within seconds! These guys also keep my diet in check. If I so happen to order a bean and cheese burrito and a side of the small nachos of just chips and cheese, they somehow know I’m cheating on the diet and just leave out the chips but leave the cheese. Keep up the good work taco bell!

My review is for the amazing service and quality food at this Taco Bell. their is plenty of parking and a Drive Thru for convenience. This Taco Bell is always clean and the bathroom is always clean which says a lot about a business. The cashier a Mexican girl named Maria has great customer service and was very friendly in making suggestions on what to order. The guys on the line were very fast and I liked that they were all quick when making the food. The gentlermen that called my name (jose I think) was very nice when I asked for sides of sour cream and green sauce and then again going back to ask for more sour cream (what can I say I like sauces) most fast food employees are rude when you go back for extra things but Here at this Taco Bell they always take the time to make sure the customers are satisfied! Good Job Taco Bell Nipomo! I will keep coming here for my late night Fourth Meal Lol!

The food is average for Taco Bell, however the customer service and the wait is absolutely terrible! Frankly I put up with it and go occasionally because Nipomo has VERY few choices for food. But I know that every time, wether I go inside or the drive thru that I’m going to be waiting 2 – 3 times as long as the average fast food place. I literally have waited 15 minutes after ordering for food and there were only 3 people inside. All of us just kept looking at each other and rolling our eyes. I did get and apology for the wait, however nobody ever bothered to acknowledge the wait while it was happening.

My review is specifically for the Taco Bell branch in Nipomo. I give it two stars because the place is clean for the most part, and my crunchy tacos are ok. However, the time they take to serve is agonizing.
What drives me nuts and keeps me from going there (until I forget months later and go there again) is the SLOW they serve the drive-​through. Not just a little slow, very slow. I’m very surprised they haven’t changed that. Do they even have a manager? A hungry person shouldn’t be having to wait that long.

Come to this Taco Bell if you want to wait in drive thru for over 20 fucking minutes.

Normally only review fast food when something is awesome or something is ought right terrible. I hate this taco bell. I only go as a last resort as there are not a lot of options in town. Today they got everything wrong. Horrible service, I ordered two crunchy tacos fresca style. Reciept reflects what I order. Wait 10 minutes too long in drive thru and the window guy says $ 38 and change!!! I tell him my order ajd thwy rush around finally he comes back and says $ 2.78ok sounds good. Gives me tacos and says two Soft tacos no lettuce just cheese and beef… wow no :(

I rarely eat fast food… Picked this place today because I was starving and needed something quick… Let’s just say… I’ve never been at a drive thru window for 20 minutes straight… Wasn’t even particularly busy… Unless you are trying to burn time… Go elsewhere. I’m confident I could have gone to many of the non fast food places and eaten and been done in less time than I just easier in drive thru

OK so first of all I have a 5 month old baby so if decode not to cook and get fast food I usually go to a drive through so I don’t have to get my baby out of the car. If they are awake and fussy I don’t mind.
Last week while in Nipomo I figured I would stop and get taco bell with fussy baby in tow I decided to walk in. after literally 3 min of standing behind a group of teenagers (who I don’t think care about waiting forever to order their food) and a couple, I left. Who knows how long they were waiting before I got there and after I left. I eventually decided if I’m going to wait for Mexican food it’s not going to be shitty and went to burrito loco on halcyon near where I live which after a few changes in staff has delivered consistently great food.
Last night we didn’t want to cook and didn’t want to spend a lot of money. Taco bell… In Nipomo. That was my mistake in the first place. Second mistake I took the «drive thru» which started with a happy baby then I pulled up after my order. Then I got stuck as someone pulled in behind me. I waited at the window after my money had been taken at least 5 min, now I have a bloody murder screaming baby in the car. The kid who was at the window looked like it was his first day on the job.
I messed up and forgot an item so I went inside hoping the drive in was being neglected because the inside was being well taken care of. I happened to walk in right as someone was walking by the register. He took my order and walked to the back of the food prep area and started making orders. He looked as though he was the manager or at least the person in charge at maybe 16 17. which no problem congrats if you earned it but step up your skills. There is a total of 4 people for the whole operation. Two older guys making the food and two teenage looking kids taking orders. I watched them mess up on two orders and two people walk in and wait. The girl must have really wanted taco bell. The guy asked if we had been helped and then left.
They get one star because in order to rate that is what they are lucky to get. Don’t go unless you just want to waste time.

Now, I don’t usually review fast food restaurants unless their unusually good or unusually bad. This Taco Bell is really subpar. I eat here maybe once or twice a year and the food is consistently poorly prepared. If you get a burrito, expect it to be cold, small, and falling apart in it’s wrapper. Or with a huge amount of one ingredient and minuscule amount of the rest.
That’s all the time I’m willing to give these people writing this review.

Worst taco bell EVER! They are RUDE… Give out COLD food and CLOSE EARLY… Not just ten mins… A whole 30 – 40 mins. I can’t stand getting treating like crap when I’m paying… Your working!!! Do it job and learn better customer service ELISA or ELSA or whatever ur name is. Ur no manger… This store is a joke and I bet more ppl have issues just don’t complain. my final straw.

The girl working the drive through is so rude every time no matter who is there. Food is scimpy, made wrong and never the same as any other branch I been too.

Hell out there in Unilocal!land. It had been awhile and the wife had another one of her «headaches,» so I decided to give the ol’ taco bell another try. Eek! Methinks this is garbage. Ordered the choco taco and an enchirita… There was a damn pubic hair in the chipotle sauce! I had to go back and ask the man manning the register for a refund… He laughed when I showed him the hair and suggested it was probably my own. I looked deep into his red eyes and told him otherwise (manager; this gentlyman was stoned to the gills). Needless to say, I WILL NOT be back to this establishment. Nothing but Del Taco from now on, thank you very much!
