BADCUSTOMERSERVICE THEYWILLNICKLEANDDIMEYOU GOTTHEJOBDONE So I decided to wait until the next day to write this review, after I cooled off. I had an appointment at 8:30am to get my tires balanced. I was finally out the door at 12:30pm. After initial inspection, they came back with a laundry list of items that needed repair totaling more than $ 1000. They even have a sales guy making the pitch to you. Kind of cheesy but whatever. When I asked questions, the answers I got were very vague. I called some people that know a few things about cars and they told me what to look for. Turns out, R&T was about half right on their estimate. This did not upset me. I understand they are in the business of making money and they will make recommendations, even if those recommendations are questionable. What got me upset, is the sh*t poor customer service they have. After dropping $ 600 for new tires and tie rods my car needed a realignment. Apparently the«specialist» went on his break before this. My car sat in the parking lot for 45 minutes, untouched, until he came back. No one told me anything until I asked. Then they lied to me and said the guy was prepping. I went to physically check and that’s when they said he went on break. The«specialist» knew my car needed an alignment but went on break anyway. Apparently, their time is more valuable than mine. Oh yea, I was hungry too but I had to wait for my car to get finished so I can get something to eat. They developed a bad attitude towards me and never apologized. They almost seemed upset I didn’t take their recommendation and drop $ 1000+. They get 2 stars for doing their job. Terrible customer service. Lack of integrity. Best advice, go somewhere else.
