River Oaks Landing is a Nobleton, landmark circa 1920. It is right on the beautiful Withlacoochee River. It served the community as a general store for three quarters of a century. Folklore has it that the little store sold just about everything under the sun and touted a long standing motto, «If we don’t have it, you don’t need it.»
Purchased in 2001, restored and given a face lift by Dave & Patti Charnecki, it is now a unique and charming shop that combines the old with the new, the unusual and beautiful.
