Badlands BBQ

The BBQ is pretty good here. Came here after a long day at work to unwind and hangout.
So I ordered a full rack of ribs and had the jalepeno bacon mac n’ cheese and sweet potato fries; overall everything tasted great. Meat came off the bone with ease, the mac n’ cheese was kicking, and the fries were crispy and fresh. Probably one of the best fast food eateries of BBQ that I have been too. I will dare even say it is up there next to restaurant quality.
I also found it pretty unique they have habanero sauce, Memphis magic sauce, Sriracha, and the common condiments. (The habanero sauce was suprisingly not spicy, it is more of a mild sauce. Sriracha is more spicy than it.)
Got to love the 22 mbps wifi offered here, the multiple televisions, and great customer service, and the western theme of the place. The manager/​owner will even change the channel for folks and truly cares about others.
Will be back in the future, great experience!

The ribs were amazing. Meat tender and falling off the bone, authentic and yummy. The corn on the cobb also sweet and delicious. If that was the whole meal it would have been 5 stars. On the topic of 5 stars was also the service, lovely and concerned that all was perfect.
The mac and cheese was spicy and sweet, and not in a good way. And when I grabbed a small taste of my husband’s combination platter one of those dishes, which on first taste were all just ok, gave a strong after taste that reminded me destictly of the smell of finger paints and glue that you might find in a kindergarten. Yuck. Bleck.
I would gladly come here again for ribs. I would just be careful about the other dishes.

I came here a second time, just for a full rack of dem ribs, whoever prepared these did not care about their brand: no extra coating of sweet bbq sauce, then toss them back into fire to sear in flavor, nope just slap ribs in plate, give the guy his ribs, whatever.
So I guess it depends on who finishes your ribs before they serve them to you, ask for an extra coat of sauce and a little fire to sear it in and they are divine.
