This Vape shop has really come a long way.
I remember when they had a thrown together set up just last year and it didn’t really seem professional or well put together at all, but we came because it was closest to us and the people were very nice and they were very accommodating when it came to suggestions and builds and replacements.
I’m confident that their great customer service is what kept people coming back and allowed them to make the shop what it is today. I know several people who would go down to Empire Vape on 2^nd street because it had a better appearance.
I hadn’t been to the shop in a while, but when I went in last week I thought I was walking into a completely different shop. It looks more professional and gives off an appearance that is more appealing and will draw in more regular customers.
Their prices are very reasonable and they always have new flavors. The staff is also very knowledgeable on their products and are very helpful with whatever questions you may have.

This review is long over due I’ve been a regular here for almost a year and a half and this is the only vape shop stop for me. First of all I would like to say everyone here is friendly and knowledgeable. I walked in 1 ½ yrs ago wanting to quit smoking I didn’t think I could do it thanks to vape inc I’ve been smoke free since the day I walked in. They have a great selection of juices to choose from and all different types of mods and vapes. They have resonantly remodeled the entire shop witch I will include some pictures I took this week beautiful hand crafted wood work all over the place this is a great shop definitely a must see. They always have deals specials and rewards. And to reference a review down on the list they do have a juice menu now with great info easy to read a lot of awesome juices to choose from.

Excellent customer service. Sold me 3-​bottles for thirty plus tax. Competitor down the street closed and didn’t want my business; thank goodness vape inc was open an hour extra on a Sunday evening. Great vibe in the store.

Not a bad shop. I have been stopping in this shop here and there for about 9 months or so. Every time I ask if they have a juice menu as far as flavor profiles go, and they tell me they’re working on it. Well they still don’t have one. Seems pretty basic for a vape shop. Other than that, the customer service ain’t bad. Sometimes only one employee in there and he gets held up on one customer for a bit. I still stop in when I need juice in a pinch.

I’ve been coming her for months and I have been pleased with their knowledge in the product.
