So the saga continues…
After seeing my review online, Angie contacted me and basically offered to give me a discount if I remove my review. I told her I would much rather have a door that wasn’t damaged… so, they send a ‘repair kit’ and a guy to come over and apply it. Sweet little guy arrives, says he can’t bend the bar back, he can only apply the paint from the kit.
My husband and our contractor who is doing our (now delayed) remodel decide to bend it back into place themselves… well as much as they can. It’s still out by ¼ inch…
The ‘repair kit applicator’ dude applies the paint, and it doesn’t match. Not even close. Still have a damaged door.
Angie sends a random email about «the bar not being part of the door»… sheesh, which planet has she been on?
such a crappy experience all round, and no immediate signs of it getting better…

We love our doors despite them taking quite a bit to get in the states. We upgraded to have windows that open and screens built As well. Love getting fresh air. The quality is great, and the look finishes our space. We live in Chicago and ordered them with thermal break. The doors are heavy yet smooth action to open and close. Great feel!
Only thing to mention is you will want their white glove service which includes unloading from the truck. Otherwise you are obligated to unload and could damage nullifying the shippers insurance against damage. If the would have included this without addition ~$ 200 fee I’d have given them 5 stars!
