worst. made an order. they informed me that they were out of stock on one of the items. i immediately emailed them back asking them to replace the item with a different one. no one replied. two days later i call and marc (the customer service rep) says that he never got my email. after some digging he says it went into their junk mail.
since they claim to have 2 day shipping i asked if they could have it shipped by friday (this was wednesday morning) he said no.
so, basically, i’m screwed for my event on saturday.
NOT OK.
