This used to be a favorite stop as we travel; and, I do mean used to. It seems that every Five Guys I’ve visited in the last six months has problems. One thing I’ve noticed consistently is that the meat seems to be of a lower quality. It has hard bits in it now; are they grinding up Bones in the meat? I really notice this, because I don’t eat it with a bun. Even the fries today were undercooked and floppy, instead of the crisp, well-browned fries we used to get. To top it off, the air conditioning seemed to be out. They had opened a side door, but it was definitely toasty when the wind wasn’t blowing. Management, get involved with your stores & train again, or you’re going down. At least in quality.

Good food but the chairs are sticky. Once you sit on them you kind of get glued to it

I have a few friends that have much love for this franchise so I was expecting greatness and was not disappointed. I ordered a «little» bacon cheeseburger with A-1 and a regular order of cajun fries. I should have heeded the warning about the fries because they give them to you in a small paper cup but then seem to throw another scoop of them in your bag with the burger. The fries were good — I got the Cajun version and they were crispy and well seasoned. I was totally feeling the burger — not greasy at all and the A-1 really brought out the flavor of the meat. Of course the cheese and crispy bacon added to the goodness. I really wanted another one as soon as I finished, but I resisted. Five Guys has definitely earned a spot on my «good burger» list. Bonus tip: Going here for lunch is a zoo, but it is super mellow at dinner.

By far my favorite burger joint. Perfect is all I can describe the burgers as. A regular size fry will feed 2 and it will save you a few bucks since a meal will cost you between 7 and 10 bucks! Don’t say I didn’t tell you when you feel the need to order individual servings of fries… you will see!

My coworker convinced me to go to Five Guys for lunch today. I have never been and she was astounded. So we went and to my surprise, I am quite a Five Guys fan. I was expecting it to be horrifically greasy(I pictured something like The Varsity in my mind) and while it was greasy, it wasn’t over the top. It’s pretty standard for a burger joint. Definitely not health food people. I ordered the little hamburger(one beef patty) with all the fixings. The burger itself was scrumptious. The veggie toppings were fresh and crispy. The fries were over the top. I ordered a regular fry and it was bananas how large the portion was. You could easily split one regular fry order between 2 – 3 people. This location was very clean. The staff was nice. I liked that there was an outdoor patio area which is where we sat since it was packed inside. Will definitely go back.
