Needed a new stylist because i always spent 4 hours at the last one and thats entirely too long for me especially when i spend an hour just waiting to be seen. Any how Dawn squeezed me in and i only had to wait 10 minutes max. she suggested a trim and maybe a bob style cut since my hair grew unevenly, i loved how she didnt just try to hack it all off and worked with my length. The atmosphere was great they joked and interacted with the customers and made you feel comfortable. Walk-ins are welcome but I recommend an appointment so you can be seen quicker. Needless to say it turned out great and i will be back! p. s. they have plugs on the dryers so you can charge your phone while you dry!!!

**********************UPDATEDREVIEW********************************** When I fist went to Hair of Glory I did not have the best of experiences(see Bottom) but then I was contacted by the owner to give it another shot and I did. I must say that t was a complete 180 from the first time i went. My stylist was Erica(not the same one from last time) and she meet me with a smile. She was prompt so I did not have to wait any time at all. She listened to what I had to say about what I wanted. She used some kind of tea tree shampoo that made my scalp feel great. She put spiral curls and a little bang that really shaped my face. I can honestly say if Erica did my hair the first time around I would have gone back many times. *********************ORIGINALREVIEW********************************** I was wanting a wonderful evening with my boyfriend that would start with me getting my hair done along with my nails. I choose this salon becasue it was close to my house. I am new to the area and wanted to try it out. I made an appointment for 9am. When the salon opened i waited till about 945 before she got to me. The only reason that I did not go home was that i had a special evening planned. I was SOOOO Mad that it took this long, but oh well. I wewent their because they advertised that they used Affirm products but she used a diffrent kind of shampoo on me. I use affirm products on my hair at home and love them. But i just went with it because I thought that would try something new. Then when it came down to her doing my hair It was like the stylist did not know what she was doing. She commented on how much new growth I had and looked like she was afraid to touch my hair. I don’t have a perm but I do have a texurizer. Then her plug in flat iron broke and she used a too small flat iron to work the roots. She bent the ends with a flat iron and my hair looked awful but i was just ready to go home so i went to pay her and leave. Then she charged me $ 10 more because she said that he had to press out the new growth. I was just ready to go at that point so i paid her and took it as a lesson learned. I will never go back there and waste my money again.
