It’s IHOP so when I come here it’s because it’s still open(24 hours), family is in town with their children, or I’m redeeming my free birthday pancakes. The food is pretty standard breakfast fare; pancakes, omelets, steak and eggs but lunch and dinner items are offered too. The service tends to get slow the later you arrive but the employees are very courteous.

So I decided to give this IHOP yet another try, surprise surprise — I walked in to what seemed to be a cleaning party the entire back section was closed due to the fact that they were cleaning, windows, tables, floor, etc … the manager told me «sorry, early morning rush» — which sounded odd to me considering that IHOP is open 24⁄7 and the place was practically empty — but ok, I sat at one table they thought was clean with coffee and syrup stains on it. Sat and waited — waited — waited, servers standing by tables talking and laughing with eachother while I am sitting and waiting, not even noticing my presence … 10 mins later a server comes my way, apologized for the wait and asked about what I wanted to order, right away I told him, regular coffee and a stack of pancakes. He brings the coffee in a mug, and that’s that. No pot, no cream, no spoon … When I asked him about them, he told me they were coming — again had to wait. While I was waiting, out of nowhere I hear mexican music in the back, very very loud, competing with the soft jazz that they have in the dining area … at that point I knew I just wanted to leave, so when he finally came back with the pot, cream and spoon, told him I will just have my order to go. He apologized again for the wait, told him no worries, I am just leaving. This used to be a pretty decent pocation. I don’t know if there was a change in management or ownership, but lately the service has just been horrible! Definitely won’t be going back!

The servers are very nice and the food is quite yummy. I’m impressed with how fresh the fruit is. I usually get fruit instead of hash browns. My husband hates runny eggs, and they are all too happy to cook them well done. The only reason I didn’t give this location five stars is because my order has been slightly wrong twice. However, they remedied the situations immediately.

PLEASEPEOPLEDONOTEATHERE !!! This IHOP location has the nastiest food I ever tasted. This has to be a franchise location, they can’t be using the same ingredients as other locations. Menu is the same as other locations, food was very blend, eggs where very watery(NOTSCRAMBLELIKE I LIKETHEM) steak was dry also not season. Food was just horrible.

I have always known IHOP to be fast and friendly with a large breakfast menu. However, do not come to the IHOP on Jimmy Carter Blvd. The hostess is very disorganized and cannot handle a busy rush. I walk in and put my name on the list. I spell my name out and watch the hostess write my name down on the wait list. She tells me 10 minutes. We wait outside(again, they were busy) and come back inside about 10 minutes later; the lobby had been emptied out. Great, the hostess quoted the wait perfectly. A couple comes in after us and sits in the lobby right beside us. The hostess looks up at my husband and I and the other couple and says«who came first?» The couple next to us jump right up and the hostess seats them. When the hostess returns, my husband addresses her saying«we were next.» The hostess replies with«well, I asked who was next and the other couple said they were.» I interjected and reminded her that she wrote my name down. The hostess looks down and claims” No, I didn’t write your name down.” She then says«you should have said you were next before the other couple did. You’ll have to wait a few more minutes for the next table to open up.» Needless to say, we left and will never come back to this location. If you go to IHOP, stay away from the one on Jimmy Carter Blvd.

This is one of the first ihops we went to when we came to Ga! It’s still really awesome. I had the vegetable omelet & it was on point. This particular restaurant usually doesn’t disappoint. Our server was a cutie pie named Greg. He claimed to be 25 but didn’t look a day over 12! The food was flawless & I don’t want to see food until tomorrow. That is all.

There’s nothing really special about this place. The food is decent at best. If there is anything that there is an abundance of it is noise. There’s plenty of that to go around.

For an ihop it’s decent. Food comes out quick. It’s just always busy and always loud. I love Ihop’s pancakes so I still frequest this location since it’s the closest to myself. It’s an ihop. What can you do?

One of the best 24 hour late night food options. This place has a decent amount of variety in their menu even though they did make some cuts earlier in the year. I usually end up here on the weekends around midnight or so. The service here is pretty good. After the meal is delivered, it however can get a little slow. After going to this place twice, it has been determined they have no idea how to cook a steak to a specific doneness. I ordered the steak dinner and ordered it medium rare, it came out well done. Other than that, the steak still tasted good, it was just cooked a little more than I like. No matter what I have ordered, after the meal has been consumed, I am still hungry.

If you have to go an iHop make sure this is the location you choose! They’re quick, efficient and the food is so much better than a lot of other iHop’s. Also, one of the waitresses, Ashley, is phenomenal! She’s super nice, super attentive and super fast with her service!

This spot here… I tell all my friends, if you got to go to an IHOP, you have to go to the one off Jimmy Carter! This spot is possibly one of the fastest serving spots in Norcross. When I go to another location, I find myself waiting for at least 10 minutes for a seat, and that is even when the locations isn’t busy. Then the food takes forever! Who thought that scrambling three eggs would take more than 20 minutes. When I moved to Norcross, one of the reasons was the fact that IHOP was right up the street. The service is always friendly and the food is served within 5 minutes of being seated! No wonder I’m a regular here! You should be too!

This is one place I would recommend going after a night out on the town, I love restaurants that stay open 24 hrs. They serve Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, and, Dessert which are all really great. They are reasonably affordable for full sized portion meals. And at that time of night, I don’t know if its something in the air but the servers are a lot more friendlier than during regular hours, LOL. I think it has something to do with nightlife crowds ;-)

The last two times i visited IHOP I was sorely disappointed. Bland scrambled eggs, floury and tasteless pancakes, and invigoratingly long wait times. I was ready to fully write off IHOP all together and stick with Waffle House as my only savior to finding a decent breakfast anytime of the day. To my surprise this IHOP was the saving grace that redeemed all faith in the breakfast industry. Arriving on Sunday morning my friend and I expected a long wait, but were seated immediately as we arrived. The waitress was very attractive and greeted us with a smile. It seemed like all of the waitresses here are Latina and very cute. We sat down and got immediately to the order. Coffee and water to drink and a full order of the Strawberry Special they were running; crepes, pancakes, and french toast. The waitress Yuri returned in no less than 10 minutes with our order, still hot and fresh. Immediately I noticed the colour on the eggs with cheese and I could tell our order would be way better than the other location. Everything was good, and there was plenty of syrup completely filled and still warm. Let me remind you that is is on a Sunday, a day usually packed to the brim with church goers and huge families. We left completely filled and satisfied. The place has changed my opinion of IHOP forever, thank you.
