This location has the worst customer service experience of any restaurant I’ve ever been to, and this was from the manager of the store! Do not even try to use Apple Pay or you will be ostracized.

Incredibly slow service. Our drive-​thru order was clearly forgotten and when realized, no attempt was made at consolation. Save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere.

Another place where paying employees $ 15/​he won’t help. They are just lazy degenerates.

This is the most expensive mcdonalds around! i always order breakfast food and somehow they always manage to charge me 4.50 for things that would be less than $ 3 at other locations

This is probably the worst McDonald’s I ever went to. They are all bad but sometimes you just have to cave in. The drive through is absolutely horrible, the lady took the first part of my order and told me to wait. I waited over 10 minutes she never came back till I shouted hello multiple times. Then during the payment window I paid the lady and she walked away with my cash and didn’t come back for a few minutes. I was like what the heck? Never again. Steer away Unilocalians.

Literally the worst service I’ve ever experienced at a mc Donald’s. When I got here they informed me that they were on breakfast but had not changed the menu and when and employe came out to change the menu he looked at it and shrugged and went back inside with out changing anything so after guessing on what to order i wait in line for 25 mins decide if rather just grab food at a gas station then wait over 30 mins for fast food :/

The worst service. I didn’t even get to try the food. Sat in the drive thru 25 mins along with 7 other cars. None of us were ever greeted.

One of the worse Mikey Dees in the city. Terrible service. I’ll drive far out of my way to avoid this location or go hungry.

Came by here after work early morning & literally waited in the drive thru like 30 min. I had paid already so I wasn’t driving off .i got my food & only had 1 item in there, I tell her hey I’m missing 2 hashbrowns & a chkn biscuit. She only brings back the biscuit. I’m like wth not right now when I’m super tired. Worst experience, all McDonald’s are the same now. So disappointed.

The interior is always dirty
Late night the computers/​or something are always going down. Tonight was the third night I have tried to go and they weren’t taking orders for some reason again. Get it together. It’s just McDonalds.

Nasty tasting frappé. They taste like they put a price of processed meat in the cup and poured the frappé mix on top. Disgusting. This is the 2^nd time I’ve gotten this and it has tasted like this. Yuck!

20 minutes in the drive through for 2 coffees really really slow service i ask why it took 20 minutes i get the drive through widow in my face no sorry or nothing but its the closest McDonalds from my house i give a zero they need better employees are need like 20 more of the ones they have know. good luck to all you might have better service ja ja ja

As you can see by all the negative reviews, the service and food quality don’t quite add up when it comes to McDonalds, as we know.
And, this is why I only come here for the coffee and for the seating… The seating, you ask??? Yes, I have biz meetings in here because they have many high top tables that are booths. This seating arrangement/​set-​up is ideal for a business meeting. In addition, they are one of the few locations that has a TV. A bonus for when you have time to kill while waiting for your people to arrive.
Yes, this place is poorly managed and their HR Dept needs to ‘tune-​things-​up’ when it comes to hiring but, as long as they can make a simple cup of coffee then I do not care how they operate.
It really is so sad that with a decent location like this, that they couldn’t run things better but, oh well…

Disappointing experience all around. The service was pathetic, the food was substandard (even for McDonalds, got the Egg White Delight) and the experience was mcshitty.
McDonald’s used to have a warm place in my heart, but now I’ve just realized that it is probably crippling heart burn or heart disease. #done

As the McDonald’s located closest to church, I stop by this location occasionally before or after service. I always go through the drive-​thru, so I have never actually dined in.
The drive-​thru is usually fast enough, and the food is as good and consistent as most McDonald’s. However, the employees don’t seem to be the most friendly.
Recently, I wanted to use a coupon for a 10-​piece Chicken McNuggets for $ 1.99. I also wanted a small order of fries from their dollar menu. Apparently, they don’t have the small fries on the dollar menu anymore. (When were the fries taken off the dollar menu?) So I asked the employee taking my order how much their small fries were. She sounded irritated that I was asking, and I guess she was trying to check how much they cost. I quickly scanned the menu, found the price myself, and went ahead and ordered it. I also asked for a cup of ice water.
Since there were no cars in front of me, I breezed right through the drive-​thru. When I was at the last pick-​up window, my food was handed to me, but I had to ask for the ice water. I guess the employee taking my order missed the water. However, they obviously have ice waters ready to go so the employee grabbed one and handed it to me.
Overall, this McDonald’s gets 3 stars for being a decent McDonald’s that gets the job done. The employees may not be the friendliest, but the food you get will be good enough. I’ll continue to come back when I need a quick bite before or after church.

This is anything but food fast, with Dirty floors & crappy service this McDonald’s doesn’t leave you with the desire to come back again. Wanted to pick up something quick while I was at work over the weekend and I came in past the usual lunch rush & this place was backed up almost out to the door. If Ray Kroc knew what was going on he’d be spinning in his grave right now…
