McDonald’s

Only because the is not ½ star.
Slow, RUDE, wrong order, RUDE, bad food, RUDE… did I say RUDE!

One can’t expect too much from McDonald’s. Even with that mindset, I give them a 1 star. Why? Hair in my coffee… found out after I drank half of it. Nuff said!

NEVER COME HERE AND NEVER EAT HERE! First every time I’ve gone there it takes about 30 minutes for you to get your food and trust me it’s not because it’s fresh. it will usually be cold. If you go through the drive through they will never get your order right. You almost always get someone else’s order. One time I received a food print on my burger. They also never clean there drink dispensers. Every drink comes out tasting slimy. The people are extremely rude. It’s just gross. I honestly don’t know how they are still open.

This McDonalds location seems to be getting worse — not any better. Stopped in after work today because the wife is away and I’m craving fast food /​junk food. AND I had a coupon — thus my visit to the Golden Arches is justified.
The line was 8 people deep at the register — the line for drive thru was even more backed up so decided to go inside. 1 totally lifeless cashier /​order taker. No greeting, no smile, no thank you, no nothing, just an empty uniform really. After waiting 10 mins to place my order I joined all the other people waiting for food. Momma said don’t talk to strangers but I asked two nice ladies how long they had been waiting — 14 mins for a fillet o fish! While waiting for my food 1 person asked for their money back because the couldn’t wait any longer and 1 person simply said a bad word and left!
I finally got my food from another equally personality absent staff member (only took 9 mins). It was hot and pretty good — which is the only reason that this horrible McD location gets 2 stars instead of 1.
As an aside; as we were all standing there and waiting for our food we are watching the kitchen. There is one person making sandwiches and a few others just milling around. A total disorganized mess. Whoever manages this shift needs to be shown the door…

Once upon a time McDonalds meant fast service. today it just means a lot of standing around waiting. Waiting for them to take your order, waiting for them to make your food & all the while the employees look at you like they wished you would die. How does this make my lunchtime pleasurable?

I know McDonald’s is not the healthiest places to eat but I’m addicted to french fries, OK!
All I can say about this Mickey D’s is that they are fast and friendly. I rarely have to wait in a long line in the drive-​thru.
