This used to be my go-​to brow place but NEVER AGAIN. I have naturally full brows and have been coming here for nearly a year to get them waxed every couple months… just to clean them up and trim them. For the most part, they’ve done a great job for the price. But the lady that did my brows this time made them so pencil thin and ruined my natural arch and shape… I felt like crying. Time to find a new brow place, even if it means having to spend a little more for consistency. You can’t ruin a girl’s eyebrows like that…

Not coming back here! Customer service sucks. I asked for a deluxe pedicure that comes with a foot mask and 5 min massage. She brought two boiling hot towels and just wrapped my feet and they were burning! When I told her it burned and it was too hot (by the way I love hot water but this was excruciating); she just walked away. My foot is completely red and burnt. And 5 min massage my _​_​_​_​. Screw this, too many nail salons to even bother with this place.

First time here and I loved it! I live 35 mins away but this place is definitely worth the drive. Lynn did my nails and she did an amazing job. She was very gentle and careful. I showed her a picture of the design that I wanted and not only did she do what I want but she made it better by adding her own touch to it. I definitely recommend this nail salon!

LADIES BEWARE!!! DO NOT get nails done here!!! I came here last week Monday (Aug 17) for a gel manicure and polish change on my feet. While getting my gel manicure, the lady did not let me my hands for the complete 60 seconds one is suppose each time a coat is placed on. Instead she told me to keep changing hands once she finished painting each hand even when the dryer wasn’t completely finished. I left the salon thinking my hands were dried. I got home to realized the gel had not dried because I had not stayed under the heat long enough and the polish was chipped. I returned the next day to have to it fixed. When I arrived I was asked who had did my nails, when I informed them who it was I was told she was off today and to return tomorrow for her to fixed it. WTF!!! All of these ppl here and no one can service me. HERE’S THE KICKER— if I wanted someone to fix my nails today I would have to pay $ 7. What do mean pay more money for something you didn’t do right the first time. She tried it!!! I proceed to inform this worker that I had already paid this establishment $ 35 for unsatisfactory service, and would not be paying a dime more. I then sat in a chair and to waited for someone to fixed what was now two nails that were chipping. It was now been a week since my original trip, three nails are broken. I will NeVER support this business again. Service both on my nails and to me was a grade F!!! Unfortunately you have to give at least one star on here but they really deserve ZERO stars.

Worst service ever! No one introduced themselves. I was talked AT like I was a child. Then was told not to mess them up because she was «not going to fix them». Got into a full blown argument with the lady and all management did was finish my service. Nonone apologized. From the moment I walked in they were pushy and rude. Go to Polish in Lawrenceville instead!!! Not modern at all here at Nails 4 U.

Awesome work on fills and full sets. It would be a 5 but I feel their customer service skills aren’t there.

That was the most I’ve ever spent on my nails and I love them. They have a new loyal customer. Mimi was awesome so lots of love to her!

I came to this salon because I asked around on Facebook for good salon in Norcross. I was looking for a new place because I moved and wanted something closer to home. All of my friends recommended this place to me and I’m so glad I tried them out. They are a little more expensive than where I was going before but the prices are still really good. I got a gel powder fill in for $ 25…very decently priced! MiMi did my nails and I absolutely LOVE them! She was very fast and super nice! The salon was very clean and I can’t wait to go back for my next fill in!

I love this place. I made a mistake once of going to a place closer to work to get my manicure and will never do it again.
This place is always clean, with good customer service. They do a great job on my gel manicures and guarantee it for 2 weeks. Mine usually last up to 2 – 3 weeks. The pedicures are great too. I’ve always been happy with their service.

Let me update my review. I’ve been coming here for 3 years and I’m always treated with the utmost respect. and my nails are done in a timely fashion while still looking fabulous as ever. I’ve been getting my solar manicure done by Michelle (only) for close to a year now and she never, ever disappoints me. The manager, Holly, is here most times I come and is friendly.
The prices are pretty fair. Definitely cheaper than some other places I’ve been to in the city. I normally spend about $ 60 when I come in, but I get my nails, feet and eye brows done. A complimentary drink comes with a pedicure. They also massage the heck out of your feet and the chairs are fairly new so they’re always functional.
I haven’t had any bad experiences here. I’ll be back in a couple weeks of course!

I am always sceptical about visiting a nail salon to get my eyebrows down. I have eyebrows exactly like little Olivia from the Cosby Show. Thin with a weird under curve… I’m still sexy though!
I was totally surprised that the technician could work with my eyebrows and actually did a pretty good job. Best of all when I sat down I didn’t hear, «Your eyebrow too thin, shaped very funny.»
The price was standard, $ 7 for eyebrow waxing. On my next visit I will try the nail services.
