I joined Unilocal because everything requires social media today. I tried calling the main Roto-Rooter number and they wouldn’t take my verbal feedback. I was advised to go to Twitter, fb, Goggle, etc to leave my opinion. I finally got a regular address to hand write a note…
I took this as a sign… I WILL use social media because it is important enough to tell everyone about a wonderful technician named
«Guy.» It isn’t his fault that times are changing and I need to get with the program.
More to the point, I had a very pleasant experience. I am not a very trusting person. I have watched one too many programs about Plumbers ripping off the average Joe. All that went out the window because I found Guy to be very knowledgable and trustworthy. He took care of our problem and was very professional. So, thank you so much!!!

Quick to respond and quick to fix. Great price and friendly service too. ²⁴⁄₇ calling and a 30 min estimate on when the would be here. They were very prompt to arriving too. Would reccomend!

When my renters called at 6pm on Friday night, I needed someone right away. We called Roto Rooter and Ray Diaz was able to come out early the next day. We was very professional, explained what happened and how he fixed it and was able to fix the same day. When we had problems at our own house the very next day; we called him and had him come check out our issues and was able to fix within a reasonable amount of time for a reasonable price. I will be calling him again!
