I absolutely love this place. I will never shop for a bra and leggings anywhere else. The sales lady was absolutely wonderful in helping me find a strapless bra for a wedding. The leggings I wore to workout in and they felt so great against my skin. The customer service here is way more than I expected and I’m extremely grateful for the great service. You have a customer for life!

O.k. Ladies lets face it buying a bra can be a pain in the ass unless you wear a «perfect» 32 –36 B or C. Now anything other that that you fall into almost impossible territory like maybe your between an A or B cup, what happens if you wear a double or triple something or you are fitted for 33″ or 47″ if you need help for any of these things this is where shops like Soma should be helpful or not ?
The customer service was truly lacking at this location today —
A) It was mentioned that this is the only day off for the next week and had other errands to do in the beginning of the conversation.
B) The sales girl, well she kept wandering off and not bringing what I asked for and leaving me in a dressing room waiting and waiting… seriously, sitting in the dressing room going through my phone waiting.
C) One size she offered to get she never did and forgot to tell me they didn’t have it until after getting dressed.
D) Eventually had to start asking another salesperson for help.
After spending 40+ minutes in the store and still not having what was needed was fed up and ready to go.
On the way out pulled management to the side as not to make a scene about the issues, she did offer to have a second brazziere sent in about a week (in a different color it would have to come from Wynder with free shipping) but really didn’t seem to take an interest that time had been wasted, was given the wrong things or sizes, that I was walking out empty handed or that they had lost a sale.

*Determined to have new things this day the last stop was Belk and they were «happy to take Soma’s business». Time was spent educating me on the different company’s carried, how they differ, the way a brassiere will fit, as well as styles and sizes offered and have to say am so happy with the new choices :).

If you have a hard (read: IMPOSSIBLE) time finding bras in other stores, come here. You will wish you hadn’t saved it for your last resort. I have a large bust on a small frame, I’m in between a band size, and I needed something to go under my wedding dress the day before I got married.

I literally tried on about 15 bras, and finally found one that fit like a dream. Price tag wasn’t cheap, but it was definitely cheaper than what you’d pay at that OTHER big name bra store…
