Subway

Just stopped by at 9.30 (still breakfast time) to grab a quick sub. There was no line, and just one employee Shaki (sp?) working.
WOW! Not sure what he was doing in the back but when I walked in he was almost disappointed to see a paying customer.
He FLEW through making my sub — slopping stuff on it, literally tossing it into the oven to toast it. When he was putting the extras on my subs he audibly sighed when I explained I wanted extra olives.
No customer service! No respect! The manager/​store owner needs to have a word with this guy! I work customer service, at a big retail chain. I get having a bad day or rude customers but when I walk in with a smile and a «good morning» I expect the same friendly cheery attitude in return!
I’ll never be back to this location! I’d rather drive the extra 10 min to go to a better subway!

Agree 100% with my fellow Unilocalers. I asked for lettuce (only got about ¼ cup), pickles (5 in total) and a squirt of lite mayo. I then asked for packets because that is not enough for me. He said they were out. I then asked for a side cup, he said he couldn’t do that. If I hadn’t walked here I would have went somewhere else. Will never be back. Don’t bother with the DD next door, they charge you more than the price on the menu. So sad.

Avoid this Subway! Sandwich makers? More like mess makers. Terrible sandwich making here, the worst I’ve seen at a Subway. Also, very chintzy with the topping ingredients.

Woah, I just went in there today for lunch to pick up a 5 dollar footlong. I have never been to a stingy-​er subway. I’ve always thought of subway as a place where I can get a sandwich LOADED with veggies, but here, I asked for olives, peppers, cucumbers… … they gave me 4 slices of olive. woah, really? just 5? and 3 cucumbers. I asked for more, so then the guy gave me more, I donno what it is, i’ve noticed a very consistent pattern with these franchises that are owned by certain ethnicities. They aren’t generous with their toppings and are very stingy even when you ask for more. It’s lettuce and a few slices of olives. Please — avoid this location if you can, good luck sub eaters!
