Took my grandparents for a routine checkup yesterday. As far as I know, there are staff members who speak Vietnamese, Spanish, and English here. I initially went in with them to translate since the girl who took them back only spoke Spanish/English. After all the testing, she initially put them into separate rooms and kept insisting that the doctor prefers it that way, against my grandma’s wishes to be put into the same room. My grandma eventually asked this other lady who immediately said it was fine. At that point, I left because the doctor is Vietnamese and I was no longer needed. Time spent here flew pretty quickly as I pursued their selection of magazines, mainly Car and Driver. They accept many forms of insurance, including Medicaid and Medicare. FYI, there’s an elevator available behind the stairway for seniors and the wheelchair bound.
