Zaxby’s

Ok good. Ok service. Plays religious music loudly all day every day. Some of their clients may not be of the same religion. I just want fast good food. Not to listen to a sermon.

For the most part, I’ve always had a great experience at Zaxbys. Not so much at this particular location. The service was good, but the food (Kickin Chicken sandwich) had dried up meat. I guess that I received ingredients that had been around for a while. Will choose other means when near this particular Resturant.

I work close to this location so my crew always eats here. I went today around 1:10 m and what a MAJOR MISTAKE. The set up for this location is horrible because it does not compensate for busy times like lunch. Getting in an out of the parking lot is a hassle.
Anyway, I went inside and there were not many people inside so I ordered my standard salad. I stood there waiting for my food for 25 mins no lie. For a friggin’ salad… are you kidding me? The manager obviously has not figured out how to make the busy lunch rush seamless and everyone is running around looking crazed trying to get peoples orders out.
There food is always fresh and good but they need to get this shit figured out. That’s why they call it «fast food» not «slow as a friggin’ snail» food. Do Not Go between noon and 2 pm. You will regret it!!!

Went here for a quick bite tonight and this is the nicest Zaxby’s ive been to! Initially i ordered to eat there then husband called and asked to get it to go. They changed it without an attitude.
I convinced husband to come inside and eat with me because i was TIRED after moving for TWO days and i needed a @&*(! break!
They have the nice new coke machine and i think i tasted 8 different ones lol. I eventually left after almost getting arrested (but that’s another story!)
Anyway, on the way out the young lady that took my order told me to have a goodnight! OMG! I have been to several zaxbys and have eaten so many fried cobb zalads and not once have they ever been so nice!

When I dined in Friday for lunch, it was finally perfect! My Boneless Wings N’ Things in Sweet & Spicy was delicious! Even the toast was finally perfect and not too burnt or salty (look at my picture). The fries were also cooked well and not too salty as well! Really. it was the first time I had Zaxby’s that was perfect! Thanks guys!

First, let me start by saying that I believe the number one indicator for how a company’s customer service is measured is how they resolve issues. With that being said, I stopped at the Zaxbys on Jimmy Carter Blvd. — when I pulled up to the drive through I ordered a 5 piece wings meal, all flats (wings). The young lady on drive thru stated I couldn’t get all flats… the way this conversation happened is a story of its own (we’ll skip that part).
Long story short, I told the young lady never mind and drove off. Well, being the person that I am (we won’t get into that either), I turned around and went back to Zaxbys to get an understanding of why I could not have all flats in my meal. I asked to speak to the manager — when he came out he introduced himself as Tommy. He listened to my well-​justified rant and stated that he had already corrected his employee and directed her to fill my order as requested but I had drove off already. But, since I was back, he gave me my meal for free and with a sincere apology.
He rectified the situation by educating his employee, apologizing to me (his customer), and providing me the meal I was craving on the house. True customer service. Two thumbs up. I’m a satisfied customer.

Let me start off with saying I used to work at Zaxbys for 2 years, two different ones. I know the computers and procedures etc. This place is disgusting, annoying and down right off putting. Will avoid going here at all costs. 1. The only good thing about this place is they greet people well. 2. I ordered a salad and asked to switch out the tomatoes for cucs. The lady said they didn’t have the option to do that on the computer which is bullshit. I’ve done it a thousand times and told the cooks to do it if we didn’t put it on the order, there was no such effort to make the customer satisfied. If I’m paying $ 7+ for a salad, I can switch out tomatoes for cucumbers… 3. My order number was called twice while I was standing right there and the food was still in the window closest to cooks, not out towards the customer. Sitting there… collecting flies. I mean what the heck? 4. Last but not least, hair in food. Review complete. Horribly dissatisfied.
