This Zaxbys always screws up someway. I have given this place many chances, but no more. The main reason is the orders are not right and they do not give us sauces that go along with the order. I got a salad with ranch and they didn’t put it in the bag, my husband ordered the chicken finger meal and didn’t receive the sauce. It seems dumb to complain about sauces but if you pay at least $ 7 for a salad it should have all its components in the bag. In the past when we go back to get the sauce we are given a snotty look, like they don’t believe they screwed up.

The Zalads are awesome and come at a friendly price. So many choices and combos to choose from. Restaurant is clean and well maintained and the staff was helpful and friendly. Drive thru is a bit of a wait, go inside for faster service.

I LOVE Zaxby’s. I’ve never had a bad experience at a single one but this one. I got a fried House Zalad with Tongue Torch chicken and received wilted lettuce that tasted bleachy and I bit into some type of stick that stabbed my gum and almost broke a tooth. I spit it out and could not identify what it was. Gross. My coworker that I had picked lunch up for that day also got food poisoning. Come to find out, NO ONE in our office goes there because every single person that has been to this location has had a bad experience. Thanks for the heads up! It is such a shame considering I always have enjoyed their food. I guess I’ll stick with Jimmy Johns next door.

Specifically discussed one of the combos with the cashier, and then told her ‘Yeah, OK, I will try it.’ When I got it, I’m glad I checked it before I left because it was totally wrong. I told them what I wanted again, and didn’t check this time. How wrong that was! It was STILL the wrong item. So, I paid $ 2.00 more for a combo that I didn’t get and was given one that was cheaper. Lol. And wasn’t offered a drink, and had no clue that their combos don’t come with drinks. Not a good experience at all.

Love this Zaxby’s! I eat here often b/c it is right by my work. I almost always get the Big Zax Snack Meal. Good value for the money if you need a quick bite to eat.

I’m surprised by two things from previous reviews: the thing about the portions and the person who said the service is awful.
I don’t do fast food often, but when life calls for a fast food grilled chicken salad Zaxby’s is a decent choice. The service has always been awesome when I visit this location. I understand there are off days, but I haven’t experienced one here. The drive-thru staff I’ve encountered have actually struck me as overly friendly.
As far as the portions go, most chains (food, coffee, whatever) have consistent standards across the brand. I have actually been surprised twice at this location when ordering my grilled chicken house salad and finding it to be at least 50% bigger than other locations.
I feel like I’m defending this Zaxby’s like I have part ownership or something. I really just haven’t had a bad word to say about them. Seems to be just as good — if not better — than other locations I’ve visited.

This is a super, super weak Zaxby’s. The portions they give you are very small, in particular the french fries and specially the fried pickles. I paid for the appetizer size of fried pickles since that was all I was getting, but the portion was tiny, it was like less than a side order should be. They also charge you for getting extra condiments. Can’t have more than one sauce! Place is weak.

AWFUL, and I do mean AWFUL SERVICE. Apparently no one has made the owners of this franchised location aware of the fact that consumers drive business profits. The food cannot and should not be the only reason for a customer to go. I had the unpleasant opportunity of meeting the uninformed, ignorant owner Lisa. This woman needs to take a few business classes on business ethics and consumer behavior and then, maybe, just maybe she will adjust her attitude and be more understanding to the customers. My situation was a simple one, but because of this woman it became tedious and drawn out. I WILL NEVER, EVER PATRONIZE this location EVER again in my NATURAL LIFE. Some people should not be given the blessing of being a small business owner, as it sometimes goes straight to their heads that money comes first. And that is farthest from the truth! AWAITING THE DAY THAT THIS PLACE SHUTS DOWN!!!

My first time at a Zaxby’s and its a fast food style of wings. The chicken tenders looked appetizing but of course i had to try the wings. The décor was decent, and there was a decent amount of seating, i would come in small groups. I ordered the 10 piece wings, and was disappointed to find out i could only order one flavor for ALL 10 pieces. I had the bqq which was pretty good, but got boring around my 7^th wing. The wings got cold when i was approaching my 7^th wing and i was not eating that slow which was another minus. The service was ok, at par with other fast food places.
All said, just another typical fast food joint but they serve chicken tenders and wings instead of burgers.

Decent for fast food.
Zaxby’s sometimes satisfies the hunger for bad, greasy fast-food in the realm of chicken strips, wings, fries and texas toast. The chicken strips are my favorite and I really like how they are made fresh not frozen. The texas toast is buttery, flavorful with the right amount of crust as well. I was unimpressed with the Zax sauces– they all seemed to taste similarily but everything else was pretty good.
They offer a value meal deal on the menu. which is pretty decent. They’re called Zaxby’s meal dealz and you can get several with a drink for under $ 5.00. So if you are on a limited budget, this could be an alternative way for you to go.
Usually, Zaxby’s are clean and well laid out and the service is always friendly and helpful.

First off I was mad because its a fast food restaurant with combos for $ 7 – 8 and none of them come with a damn drink!!! then the drinks are like $ 2. I spent damn near $ 20 for 3 people! That is the craziest thing I have ever heard. The food is greasy as hell. I didn’t even finish my chicken sandwich because it taste like it had sat in grease for 24hours and was recooked. The bathroom had a horrible smell and a pluming problem. it looked like they had a leak and someone half ass cleaned it up. Overall I was disappointed!!!

I am not really into fast food. But since I have been laid up with leg I have been craving comfort food. So into the car with my crutches and we were off. I walked in the door and there was one table of people in the rest. I hobbled my way over to see the health score and there it stood out at me an 87%. My frisnd immediately asked me if I wanted to go somewhere else and i said know it’s ok we will stay. I am a freak about health score ratings. The fries were great and the chicken nibbler sandwich was tasty.
The tenders were ok not crispy enough for me. Everyone else liked their food excepy Jeeanettes teriaki wings she would not eat them. The tensions were high so we ate and left. One star was taken away due to the sweet tea. It tasted like it had been sitting out for a few days. When they pour the big cansters into little pitchers it does not look and makes me feel as if they are trying to rush to close. Better luck next time. I will try another location.
