Chili’s Grill & Bar

This Chili’s is located inside of MacArthur mall. When we arrived there was a wait list although a lot of tables were empty. We sat at the bar instead of waiting. As we sat and ate our food a lot of those tables still remained empty. We stayed until closing and those tables were still empty… Hmmm.
The bartender took our orders. She was nice but slow because of how busy she was, I’m assuming. I ordered chicken and shrimp fajitas. They were decent. The overall service was ok. I wouldn’t recommend this location.

This was one of the worst Chilis that i have ever been to. Our night started out great and we decided to order the 2/​$ 35 special with strawberry and raspberry margaritas, top shelf only. Some chips with the table side fresh guacamole and I chose the burger with extra jalapeños and she ordered the salmon. Little man ordered grilled chicken with rice and our friend ordered the loaded boneless buffalo wings. Like I said everything on the surface was good to go. Once his food came out, we had to wait 20 minuets for silverware after asking 3 different employees to get that it finally arrived. About the same time we finally got our lemons for our drink. Then 30 minutes into our meal our drinks show up. When our meals arrived my burger bun was really soggy and my fries were cold. Our friend had the same issue with her wings. I complained and got fresh fries, she did not. Once the food was there, it was utter silence as in there was no more service and a waiter to be found. I would say it took another 20 minutes to get dessert which was actually descent and then another 10 minutes for our bill to arrive and pay it. I will never go to this location again. I don’t mind Chili’s every once in awhile, it’s a shame that this one left me with such a bad impression.

Our fam is a huge fan of Chili’s. Great service, good food, nice cozy table, if I wasn’t so sick at the time I’d definitely would have enjoyed the food a lot more.

I love this location. I am more of a Mom and Pop person but I love the patio and atmosphere. Food is typical of any Chili’s. The location of this one does it for me.

The service was remarkable and the food was just outstanding. I would really suggest coming here, I’ll be back here for sure.

We used to frequent this location while at the mall, but haven’t in a few years.
Yesterday’s visit may prove that we again do not visit again for few more years.
We both ordered two of Chili’s traditional salads — the buffalo chicken salad and the quesadilla explosion. Both were flat. It was odd. They just didn’t taste good. The quesadilla salad was drenched in dressing and I had to dig to find the corn and beans that come with the salad. The buffalo chicken salad was also flat, devoid of what normally comes on it. The pictures and what you get just do not match. Maybe a bad day… maybe a new chef… no idea.
We tried the new appetizer — cheddar bites. If you count a bite as something that is the size of my pinkie nail… well done. For the price — ignore the awesome description of this appetizer and stick with table side guacamole and chips.

Maybe I overlooked it, but I did not see a vegetarian burger on their menu. I clearly remember having this item at the Chili’s in Virginia Beach and it was absolutely delicious.
Oh well, we were pressed for time and I needed something to go that could fit in my purse… We had a movie to catch!

We placed our order from the bar and the bartender was very friendly and attentive. I mentioned that we needed our order as quickly as possible and he assured us that he would get it out to us and have it all boxed up, ready to go.
Our bartender came through with everything we needed, plus all of our condiments and all that we ordered boxed up in less than 15 minutes. My only issue is the lack of vegetarian meals on their menu. Once again, I am limited to the side items. Thankfully their side items are only $ 1.99 each.

It is your typical chilis, and i like that. Service was good as well, just wish some of the «customers» had manners or even acted like humans

I’m usually not a complainer I’m usually «go with the flow» type of person but the service here sucked! It was too hot they didn’t have any air conditioning running. It’s was intolerable. The lady took entirely too long to come check on us. We waited about 20 minutes for our refills and when she did refill our drinks the sweet tea was sour! When I asked for some more tea and explained to her it was sour she had an attitude and purposely started ignoring our table she didn’t clear our table we had to clear our table just to have room to eat. She sat down at our table and made herself comfortable. She didn’t know her place as a waitress. The food was terrible, my chicken was rubbery feeling I couldn’t finish it. I left very disappointed and unsatisfied.

Horrible service! Waiter did not provide silverware, did not put in order for drinks, and did not receive all food ordered… I can’t even give this a star, but I have to so one star it is…

It’s hit or miss with Chili’s location. This most recent experience was a hit! Our waiter was the most friendly man ever. I want to say his name was Paul, but I’m horrible with names! Very attentive and friendly. Food is usually always good. It’s your average Chili’s /​American fare.

Fries tasted old and grease logged, chicken was cooked in microwave, wait time was long, server wasn’t nice. I’m not going to be back.

Horrible service, our waitress is incompetent. She takes 10 minutes until she comes by. My party of 5 have been waiting for an hour for our food. DO NOT EAT HERE.

I’ve been in Chili’s in Asia, Europe and Middle East. I thought the brand has something to offer despite being labeled as a chain. The restaurant has a variety of sumptous dishes and promising menu, prep and serve in quality and fresh ingredients. They also make a seasonal dish that appropriate to the season.
This is my first visit and I came here with a friend to have quick bite. Just like other Chili’s restaurant this place is well decorated and has great setting. The patio is a great spot to dine in. It was busy but it didn’t take us long to get served and as soon as we seated the server took our drinks which I thought it was incredibly amazing specially I was running out of time. As for this visit, I decided to order the combo lunch starting with the bake potato soup garnish with bacon and cheese and finish up with Chipotle Chicken Enchalada over rice, corn, beans, and vegetables topped with avocado and fresh tomato. I thought the food was incredibly rich. I wasn’t crazy with the flavor profile. The soup was creamy and well balanced and the main course on the other hand seems ok perhaps an additional of seasoning to uplift the flavor. The molten chocolate is by far my favourite one. Its the perfect dessert to wash off your pallette.
The customer service is unforgettable. Overall, thought it was a fantastic visit.

This is a pricey place to go for lunch but I do like the food.
One particular time I got sat in the back by the outside and they took a while to get to me. Otherwise they get a 5 star rating.
The caribbean salad is delicious, the california flat pizza was a bit too spicy for me. But I have sensitive taste buds.

From the instant I walked in we had poor service. The waitress didn’t even acknowledge our appetizer order. Totally clueless! Then our meals came out. Fries were dead and cold. Burger was perfectly timed, on the verge of being cold itself. Then a salad! A salad! How does one mess up a house salad. Lettuce and spinach were brown, dead and dry. Upon request of the manager, we had a rude approach on the situation. Looked at my friend like she was crazy because her salad was old.

Dirty Bar! We had the snack nachos just alright, beer not quite cold enough. Did I mention the bar was DIRTY kind of everything sticks to it, fingers, plates, napkins. Watched the bartender smell and dump out old mixer then make new without washing the reusable containers ummmmm. Will not be going back.

My husband and I were walking by and saw the sign for the «dinner and a movie» promotion. We inquired with the hostess who had no clue. She went to get the manager. We waited for quite a bit, and the manager came to take our order. We informed him we were interested in seeing our movie and afterward, eating. He told us we had to order our food now. We ordered and had our food put on hold until we came back. The ordering comes off of the 2 for $ 20 menu, so you get 2 entrées and an appetizer.
We ordered the guacamole and chips, which came with there signature salsa as well. Their guacamole was better than expected, very creamy and just enough heat without being spicy. I ordered the cajun chicken pasta, and it was creamy with a touch of heat. The chicken was perfectly done, juicy with just a hint of crunch to the outside. My husband ordered the margarita chicken which he said was also very good. I also ordered the blueberry pineapple margarita, which at $ 9.79 was ok, but not worthy of a $$ price tag! Our server was nice and efficient.
Would have been 4 stars, but the manager was a twerp and the margarita was overpriced.

It’s been a while since I stopped into Chili’s. I was on an errand during my lunch break and thought, what the heck. My co-​worker and I sat at the bar, the service is faster this way during lunch, and we were able to immediately order a drink and take a quick glance at the menus.
I decided on their new twist on the burger called the Southern Smokehouse Bacon Cheeseburger while my coworker had the Buffalo Chicken Ranch Sandwich. The orders didn’t take long and we were soon eating our lunch. I think we were in the establishment about 35 – 40 minutes tops.
It was a decent lunch and came in around 10 bucks. You can’t argue with that.

I came in for quick dinner and the waiter did his best to accommodate our time schedule. I wasn’t very hungary, so I asked if they had Black Bean Soup. The waiter said, no, but that I could get a side of black beans. I said — Isn’t that the same thing? And then, he was like, uh, yeah… lol
I also ordered the Potato Skins and they were way undercooked and I couldn’t eat them, but I was low on time, so I didn’t let the waiter know — to be fair to him for not fixing it.
For the most part I am happy with the food at Chili’s — with the occasional hiccup.
