The person working there was very reluctant to help. Brought in a canon with a broken filter. He did not want to entertain any repair work or simply remove the filter for me. He did not sound very knowledgable and seemed very lackadaisical.

Be prepared to wait a while if you come here to ask questions or need help or even buy the smallest item. Usually there are a few people a head of you and they never have more than one person in the store to help customers.
Everything here is pretty pricey and they don’t always have what I need. For example, I wanted to buy a particular new lens for my camera and the lady told me that they never have them in stock, because they sell out so quickly and they end up having to order them for customers which takes 6 – 8 weeks. I’m thinking, well if this is a continuing problem why don’t you keep more of those lenses in stock? Seems like an easy fix, right? She also said that if I didn’t pre-​pay, that even though I ordered it, someone else could still buy out from under me if that person has pre-​payed and I haven’t. Hmmm.

My review has to do with the customer service aspect, not their techinical services. I strolled in to an empty store to inquire about passport photos. Not only was their camera «broken,» I wasn’t offered any alternative suggestions, even when I specifically inquired. The employee basically told me she wasn’t from around here, and that was that.
I went down the street to Walgreens, where a store employee used a basic point and shoot camera, and the whole thing took less than 5 minutes.

If you need a real, professional printer, this is your place. They know what they’re doing and can customize printing options, as well. Highly recommended!
