I had to come here on last minute and pray they had an extra truck I could rent. I had a back experience at budget truck rental about 20 mins prior to coming here. The employees were there and very helpful. They had a truck I could get and I had the keys and out the door within 10 mins. The guy at the desk (Michael) was very nice. The truck rental was about 69 $ and then 24 $ for milage. The only thing I was a little upset about was I had a duplicate charge of $ 24 on my card after it was all said and done so I called and explained it to them and as soon as I hung up the phone with them and checked my account the duplicate charge was gone. I’m not sure if it was the company’s fault or the banks fault but it was taken care of quickly.
I will continue to use this company and not the other. Thank you for saving the day Uhaul! You guys rock!
