It’s now just «campus point». I lived here for the 2012 – 13 semester. The apartments are very well maintained. Also the management does a pretty good job of trying to keep people involved in the community.
It’s pretty quite for the most part with the occasional party on the weekend. Way less than you would find in student housing closer to campus.
My only complaint is it really doesn’t seem like the safest place to live; since its so far away and there aren’t many people around (particularly during school breaks) it seems pretty inviting for break ins. I came home late one night to find my screens torn off the windows and laying in the yard. I wish there was a little more effort put into security.
