Why do they never have any jelly sticks. I understand that no longer make the donuts on location but if you run out of jelly sticks by 9 a.m. wouldn’t you order more than next time?

A new Dunkin Donuts on Osgood? I don’t recall seeing this before unless it was beat up and run down. The first impression of this restaurant from outside is very nice. Landscape is clean, flowers and mulch beds done well. Next impression is the drive thru service at early afternoon is extremely slow. It’s past lunch and no one in the restaurant except for at least 8 people on staff. The girl handling the window isn’t very efficient. Not sure exactly what she is doing in there with that mop when she should be giving my order to me. Ok, bucket is down

Rude and disrespectful employees here. Upper management has yet to do anything about the same troublemaker. This store is a key example of poor managing, long wait and poor attitudes. Zero star review.

This new place is very slow service from counter to drive up and my Hot Chocolate was Cold yuck and my Donut was hard as a rock must have been days old come on pick up the pace or I will just drive on by

What happened to this place when they were next door they were great now at the new location 15 minutes at drive thru all set. And this has happened more than once
