The selection is pretty nice, prices are a little high. But staff was friendly, even to a mohawked customer like myself. Found a good selection of my alma mater 10th mountain and the infantry, had some interesting things. Also, one of the staff was very pretty, funny and nice. Even if it wasn’t that good of a place I’d still go back haha. Just left got everything I needed and more which is what a store looks for I guess

Don’t even bother with this place, everything here is way over priced. For example, I purchased a brand new army acu field jacket for $ 49.95. Went back for a liner about a week later, another $ 14 for that. So about $ 64 altogether. Found the very same brand new army acu field jacket, complete with liner at John’s army navy in Warwick. $ 45. G.I. Joe’s is a rip off, go to U.S. Cavalry on the web or John’s army/navy in the airport plaza in Warwick, they both have much better deals than this place. A much wider selection of merchandise as well as more reasonable prices, John’s also does name tags, dog tags and specialty order items.

This is a nice place to browse and poke around. A lot of cool stuff. As with most army navy stores, some stuff is over priced, but as mentioned before, you have to dig to find a nugget or 2 of gold. They have combat boots, all kinds of packs, ammo pouches, gear, military clothing from all branches and occupations. Army, Marines enlisted and officer, Seabees, ROTC, Air Force, you name it. They also have a section up front with kid sizes.

Lots of stuff, fun to browse around. I will say that a lot of their stuff is obscenely over priced. And example, their footlocker. First, it is probably ½ the normal size and made out of a bad pine, then they add some OD Green spray paint and charge $ 116 or some such foolishness. But, turn the corner and there is a cast aluminum case that is water proof, designed for carrying a large amount of stuff into combat. Twice as much space as the bogus footlocker, and it runs for $ 99.00. So just dig for your nugget.
