Next Level Cleaning & Restoration

We recently discovered our rental property had been vandalized by a family w 8 children who were hoarders. This situation was completely unexpected and left us very distraught and shocked. The house was Described as gross filth. Nobody could even walk in without gagging!
Ashley, Al, and their team at Next Level were very professional and sensitive to the situation and our stress, and worked efficiently and swiftly to make it safe enough to walk through. They continued to work until we were happy with the results. A very difficult and gross job and this crew was like a family the way they remained upbeat and acted like it was not so bad. (But it was). They cleaned up the worst stuff and washed from ceilings to cellar. Hard working, good natured crew. I would recommend this crew for whatever big job that you may have.

I decided last minute to have my apartment’s carpets cleaned instead of doing it myself when I moved out. They were on time, quick and efficient. The carpets were unbelievably clean especially since we have two cats, and I made the appointment for the same week that I called. I’m extremely happy I went this route, moving is stressful and they helped make it so much easier. I will most definitely use their service again.
