Go somewhere, anywhere, else if you need a replacement garage door. If you don’t heed my warning and decide to get your garage door here, good luck if you need a replacement part or service on the door. It took 4 months and countless telephone calls to finally get a defective part replaced. I took several vacation days and no one showed up — always a different reason — can’t find the part, installer never set up the appointment … countless different lies by the manager, Shane. I don’t know how they stay in business.

Going in we had an idea of what we wanted to do with our walk in closet. Luckily Tim was very insightful in pointing out a better design without making us feel dumb.
It took less than a week to have a design emailed to us after our initial meeting. He then quoted us having a 3 week turnaround once we signed off on the plans to having it installed. In half the time promised it was installed. The price was way below what was performed. Now that’s how you do business.
