This place sucks badly and I won’t ever go back!!! They get my order wrong all the time and I seen a employee touch his hair with the gloves on and used the same gloves to order with!!! (Disgusting)

Went here last night (Wednesday) at about 10:45pm and they told me they were closed. They are supposed to be open til 11:00pm!

After coming to this location for years I’ve finally had enough. I rarely go in the restuarant as I usually hit the drive thru to get dinner for the fam. They usually stiff me somehow. They have shorted me a piece or two and when I call to complain I don’t get an apology. Just an offer to replace the missing pieces. I live 17 miles away, one way so it’s rediculous to make a 34 mile round trip for a piece of chicken. Today they shorted me a side order and I know it won’t do any good complaining so I’m screwed. I will no longer patronize the shady business.

Horrible service– We drove thru– they would not take our coupon– they gave us the wrong order and charged us 2 dollars more because they would not except the coupon. The person in the drive thru window did not speak english and was rude and kept cutting us off!

This Popeyes location just shines. It’s always clean, the food is consistently hot, tasty and prepared quickly, there are always people dining there or picking up giant orders for football games and other events.
Abel runs the show here and is the friendliest fella in the biz. I just stopped in today, Sun, May 11, 2014 and though I haven’t been here in months (*trying* to eat healthier but today I had the craving) but he remembers me, as I’m sure he remembers other regulars.
I’ve always loved their 3 tenders meal with a side of mashed potatoes and the pillowy soft biscuit with 2 packets of honey. Popeyes chicken is just so much better than KFC! Popeyes’ regular bone-​in chicken is excellent too, both spicy and mild. Flaky light crust, tender, never dry meat. People seem to prefer the red beans and rice to the mashed but I give the nod to the latter. Mac and cheese is kind of bland. Fries are over-​seasoned. Stick with mashed or rice for your sides.
Today though I had their new Cajun Catfish. With a tangy tartar sauce, this was pretty damn good but I still like their chicken best.
I’ve been to a few other Popeyes back when (somewhere in Chicago once and the Naperville one on Rt 59 a few times) and they’re just terrible. Surly service, lukewarm food, dirty, etc.
Popeyes corporate should seriously have Abel be a traveling manager to whip locations into the shape his store’s in.

Food is typical, pretty good for fast food chicken. The service in general is not very good.

Spicy chicken could be spicier and Mac n cheese could be cheesier but overall fast service and very good chicken for fast food place 3 and ½ stars from me.

Horrible horrible horrible customer service… you’re always missing something so double check before you leave the dining area or drive thru… no exaggreation I’ve missed 3 things out of the last 4 visits (always the coleslaw!!!). Last time I tried calling to complain no answer. I gave up… never going back ever. That’s a shame b/​c I love the chicken… oh well… too many times have I gotten burned.
