North Bend Therapeutic Massage

Very friendly staff. I’m always greeted with a smile. I’ve been going to North Bend Therapeutic Massage for almost a year now. I will only see Heather, she always gives me a top notch massage and her technique is unrivaled. Her schedule is always full, so try to get on it early. I typically sign up for an hour but it is so relaxing that I always want more time. I work out a few times a week and I get very sore trying to cram workouts together. After an hour massage at MBTM, I feel like all my muscles have been healed. I live in Bellevue and it is definitely worth the 35 minute drive for me.
PROTIP: Ask for the fire cupping, its super exotic :).

I was always afraid of massage (and very shy) until my husband started seeing Teresa at North Bend Therapeutic. He told her about my intimidation and she suggested a 30 minute massage. I decided to go for it (after saying no for 33 years). I am so glad I did. Teresa is wonderful and I’m happy to know her. You can tell that she truly cares so much about you as her patient and wants your massage to be exactly how you want it. She even encourages you to bring your own music, further personalizing the experience.
It’s been a few weeks since I’ve seen her and my body is telling me that it’s time. Fortunately I have an appointment with her on Saturday!
Summary — if you’re unsure or intimidated by the thought of therapeutic massage, schedule a half-​hour with Teresa and then make your decision. I’d be willing to bet you’ll make another appointment before you walk out their door.
