McDonald’s

Crap service as always. I had an issue with someone on the drive thru before and today with eat in as well. Problem I had before was I had asked for ketchup… I’M SPENDING MY DAMNED MONEY AT YOUR PLACE, THE LEAST YOU COULD DO IS GIVE ME CONDIMENTS! TODAY I ASKED FOR NAPKINS! Someone didn’t do their job of cleaning the table I was sitting on so I asked for napkins. «I’ll put some on your tray.» With??? Are you paying for the napkins!!! Are they docking the cost from your pay!!! This is one of the worst!

Slowest fast food drive thru ever. It took the «fast» out of fast food. I tried walk in service also, same result. Three people on line and they were complaining how long it was taking.

This place has the worst drive thru!!! I’ve never been to a drive thru for a fast food place that takes as long as they do.

I am so angry with the service at this place if I had the time I would protest outside all day. There are people with wonderful attitudes that would love to work.
During my visit it was NOT crowded. One car in front of me in the drive through.
I ordered a happy meal, a cheeseburger, mozzarella sticks and a coke.
Can’t mess that up right? Right …
I was handed the happy meal box, my drink, and a bag. Then I heard a thank you and drove off. I know I should’ve checked first but I was in a rush. I opened the bag at a red light on Kennedy blvd and the burger was missing.
If you know the area you know that traffic and lights makes turning around to go back a pain, but I did because I’m tired of these people constantly messing up, and I was starving .
I went back and pulled up to the window where the woman who took my order was, along with another employee and a MANAGER.
I said you left the burger out of my bag. The new employee said oh ok and went to grab it. The manager just STARED at me like I killed her dog and the woman who actually messed up didn’t even look my way. The guy handed me the burger and just said here you go
I said «no sorry?!» And I guess he heard «I’m sorry» and said oh it’s ok!
So I lost it. That would’ve been a great opportunity to say «oh no I’m sorry ma’am!»
And still the whole time, hearing this all, the manager is just staring at me with testing b***h face.

A McDonald’s with FASCINATING décor! Did you hear me? Did you see that? Your eyes aren’t deceiving you! Yes, an INTERESTING McDonald’s! I only get coffee at McDonald’s — the $ 1 coffee, hot or iced, is the only non-​strong coffee that I enjoy at US retail chains. On my way in, I came upon a great smiley dinosaur, and that should make the day of any child, not to mention a few adults among us. And along the walls, posters and other cinema/​TV memorabilia are exhibited. I felt like I was at a museum! I was walking around a McDonald’s taking in stimulating American entertainment history! There was a lovely attendant at the counter and a clean men’s room to boot, so hey, if ever I need to be reminded of what McDonald’s can be, what a fast food chain could live up to (if only they served nutritious food, of course…), I’ll visit this location. In fact, I’d even bring others just to share the unique experience!

Ehh… This McDonalds had won an award one year for the best drive thru in American. Wow how times have changed.
BACK in the day when i was young (I’m not a kid anymore)…
This McDonald’s had a deal where you can get a hamburger for .29 cents and a cheese burger for .39 cents.
This is always the McDonalds where NBA coulda’ been Derrick Coleman was spotted eating lunch everyday on his way to Nets practice. Let me repeat that. he would get lunch before his practice as a professional athlete.
Cool décor, I always loved the 50’s theme and the Dinosaur.
But the service has gone to hell here.
