Patriot does snow plowing for our neighbor across the street. Yesterday I caught them plowing snow from that driveway into our yard. Not only did they narrow our driveway by almost 2′ by pushing snow into our existing piles they also pushed snow in front of our mailbox and sidewalk. Snow now spills 2 – 3′ into the street in some places and completely blocks our mailbox. When I told the Patriot driver this wasn’t acceptable he just shrugged, said, «Sorry» and drove away.
Edit — I did receive a return call to my voice mail at day’s end; apparently their office hours are 3−9pm or thereabouts. They came out and cleared the snow pile they’d put in front of my mailbox although they didn’t exactly volunteer. But at least now the USPS will deliver our mail again.
In fairness this review has more to do with the driver’s behavior than the company itself. We’ll see what happens with this next storm!

They’ve been very reliable with their mowing service, and they don’t just come in and mow, but if the lawn doesn’t look good, as it did recently due to the heat, they defer for a week in order to avoid damaging it.

Arrogant! Felt very uncomfortable with the person giving me the quote. They did not listen to what I wanted to have done. Gave me a quote on things I did not want or need.
