I work near this place, and it is very convenient for me to purchase flowers. Each and every time I have called to place an order they have been very helpful and the flowers last quite a long time. So I keep and will keep using them as long as I can. Plus if something does mess up how hard is it for any one of you customers to tell them straight up about it and get the job done right? Stop Using weirdo 3^rd party sites to order flowers anyway… they are NOT a direct contact and the morons that you used to place the orders for you are the ones that mess up and PAY crappy prices in order to make a profit from you. DUH… lol

I’d give LESS than one star if possible. I ordered an arrangement for Mothers Day through
. I am usually leery because you don’t know what you’re going to get. I was right. It’s not hideous, but definitely NOT worth the $ 75 I paid. It’s not even close to the photo it claimed to be. To make matters worse, the delivery date was supposed to be 5÷7÷15, and this sad wilted excuse for a mothers day lavender arrangement came TWO DAYS LATER on Saturday 5÷9÷15. Not sure how they will be in business. Go to the grocery store, you will get better flowers. What a disappointment. Thank god I paid with American Express so I can can dispute the payment.

I ordered 13 $ 40 arrangements of all white flowers for my sons christening. The next morning the owner of the shop called me to tell me they had a payment processing issue and that if I wanted to continue with the order to bypass
because they would take a $ 150 commission and that instead she’d like to use that money toward more flowers for me. I agreed, sounded great to me. I asked her if she would honor the price I would’ve paid through
$ 40−20%coupon. She agreed but said she’d have to charge me an additional $ 10 delivery, although it was already included in the original order, anyway I agreed. Well, my directions were simple, I wanted 13 lovely bouquets made up of all white flowers in a modern rectangle or square vase worth $ 40 each. I mentioned I liked hydragenas, well, she had the flowers delivered to the venue the night before the event. When I arrived at the venue the next morning I was EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED. The bouquets looked very cheap, and very amateur. They each consisted of exactly 2 hydragena stems and 2 stems of green filler in a small round vase. Hardly worth $ 15 each! I immediately called them to express my dissatisfaction but they were closed and wouldn’t reopen until Tuesday, 2 days later. I left a detailed message expressing my disappointment. Well today is Tuesday, I’m sure they heard the message but they did not call me back. SHAME ON THEM

I came here to pick up a modest bouquet for a friend who just had a baby. I brought along my own mason jar because I wanted a cute little mason jar bouquet with just a few roses, something really fresh and simple. The florist did not seem to know what a mason jar bouquet was, and informed me she was going to charge me a fee to design the flowers in the jar for me. Okay… but then she «designed» a really old fashioned, stiff, funereal arrangement. I tried to explain to her what I was looking for but she didn’t seem to have the time or patience despite the fact that I was the only customer in the shop. Then they charged me a ton and sent me on my way. Would not recommend!
