I come here often. Service is great, workers are always nice, fast & efficient. The only reason there r not 5 stars is this: 1) Half & Half is often empty. They replace quickly, but I always have to bring container to them, take my time, shove betwern people just for a little cream. They should ALWAYS have half & half available 4 customers. Just put two(2) containers out like the Starbucks in Piscataway & East Brunswick & problem solved. 2) They never write NAME on outside of coffee cup. This would make it easier for customers. I have been here numerous times when customers grab the wrong cup. This results in time wasted, customer dissatisfaction. Just fix these 2 things & I will add a star.(Note, I am never in a hurry, but this location is off Route 1&130. I have heard customers complain about the same items I just mentioned.) Starbucks Coffee is always the best, but customer satisfaction is what keep them coming back for more.

Best Starbucks I’ve ever been to! Always make my order fast. Say hello by name often and know my coffee order. The employees are awesome and so is their coffee!

Worst customer service lately. I’ve been coming here for 3 years. Recently, this girl named Melissa started working the drive thru and she literally looks like she would rather be dead than working there. Why do you have a customer service job if you hate customers? Go somewhere else! She had this awful monotone voice, doesn’t smile, doesn’t say«You’re welcome» when you say THANKYOU. It’s literally comical how pathetic her service is. I hope she gets fired. I’m paying 5 bucks for a drink + a smile. Who would want to order from someone that looks so miserable? There’s another dark curly haired younger woman that is just awful. She literally doesn’t even smile or greet you when you walk up to the counter. I’ve also had her for drive thru a couple of times and she was just as awful then. She looks like she would rather be dead than working there. I can’t believe that Starbucks has been letting their baristas behave this way. I stopped going to this location last month because of the horrible attitude of the female workers. Gary is the nicest person that works there but unfortunately my husband and I have decided not to return. I make it a point to tell all of my friends as well not to go to the location anymore. Barnes and noble is across the street and they sell the majority of the same drinks, even though their food menu is different. Go there instead. Or go to panera. Anywhere else. But stop giving these brats your money!

I’ve been to many Starbucks, this one is probably my favorite. Not only is there is there a drive thru(hard to come by up by me), but the atmosphere here is always pleasant. Very clean, plenty of seating(inside and out). I also need to mention and Justin and Julio are awesome. They always great me with a smile and remember my order. They go above and beyond to make sure its right, and to make myself, and all the patrons happy. Ask for them if you’re here!

I went this Starbucks on Memorial Day in the morning with my family. We were excited to start our holiday and thought we’d try out this location close to home. We have a 18 month old toddler and were disappointed to find out that this location does not provide high chairs for children. Starbucks has always been a family friendly place in our minds, we were shocked that little kids are apparently not welcome here. Surprising given that this location is in the middle of shopping center frequented by MANY moms in the area. We told the barista to inform the manager that they lost our business that day because they choose not to accommodate small children/families. We then went to Panera across route 1, which is actually more comfortable, affordable, and better options for breakfast. We will not be returning, as I’m sure many other parents won’t either.

I ordered a tall café mocha with whipped cream and a spinach square at the drive thru. The coffee cup I received was half empty, and had no whipped cream.

To be fair, I don’t really care for Starbucks. But what prompted me to write this review for this location is that it is highly annoying that while you are waiting for your drink their priority is clearly the people in the drive through rather than the people who walked in and are waiting right there for their drinks. Seriously, you will be waiting FOREVER for a specialty drink if you aren’t in the drive through. If anything the people inside should be the priority, but could they at least be given EQUAL consideration as the people idling outside destroying the atmosphere?

I like this location. A nice outside seating area. Inside is a bit small. But they are very Friendly. But Every Time I Come Seating Is Limited Inside TO College Students Studying inside. But all in all its in a prime location for some shopping or down the strip from chipotle amd there is also a subway. It’s right between rt130 and rt1.

The service and drinks were great when I’ve frequented here. If only it wasn’t so overpriced… If you buy their bags of coffee beans they can grind the beans fresh for you right there. They then put the ground coffee back in the bag for you to take home. They can do that anytime for you; not just when you buy it right there at that same time. Nice outdoor seating area.

It’s Starbucks… what can you say. However, I really question their environmental commitment at this location. I had a plastic bottle that I needed to recycle. I asked a barista if they could recycle it. He responded, «umm…yes. They divide the garbage after it goes into the dumpster». Really? That’s the biggest line I’ve heard.

First thing I want to bring up is that they have a drive-thru! Perfect when the weather isn’t cooperating… or when you’re too lazy to get out of the car. Not that big of a Starbucks, so seating can get filled rather quickly. On the brightside, they DO have an outdoor seating area(amazing view of the parking lot). Service is friendly and always been on point with my drink-of-choice(Soy Hazelnut Macchiato). No complaints, but can get rather busy depending on the time of day. Overall, always a good experience!

not bad for a starbucks. service was friendly enough and quick enough. soy chai latte was just what i needed. outdoor seating is ample. view of the parking lot isn’t exactly pleasant, but sometimes just enjoying a latte and some free wifi outside is enough. plenty of indoor seating too– tables and a counter. drive-thru = awesome in crappy weather.

Has 3 outlets to be used to charge your phone or computer. However there just isn’t that much space. It gets crowded and isn’t really a great place to study. Ordered a tazo joy tea and studied for a few hours but couldn’t really focus because of the crowdedness. On the plus side, this place does have a drive through so if your ever in a rush this is a nice place to grab a coffee and go. 2 stars for sucky service from the baristas who gave us attitude.

Con: they forgot I paid for a short half caf, and I waited almost half an hour for my drink Pro: the guy felt bad, and automatically upgraded me to a grande, even though I didn’t ask for it! That’s some fine customer service in my book.
