CSE Federal Credit Union

This is by far absolutely the worst credit union I have ever dealt with they are greedy, evil, and conniving. Stay far away from this place. They exist only to stab you in the back and find any way to immorally get fees from you. Believe me, you do not want to do business here.

I scheduled an appointment with the lending office to see if I could get a car loan. The morning of my appointment I called their phone number listed on Google to confirm the time of my appointment. I gave the lady my information and she confirmed my appointment was at 10am.
So at 10am I arrive at the bank for my appointment. I go to check in at the receptionist counter and give that woman my information. After looking on her computer she says your appointment was at 9am.
What? No.
I explained I had called to confirm my appointment and the lady on the phone confirmed my appointment was at 10am. The woman at the desk defensively states she has been the only one there all morning and she did not speak with me.
Okay. So now what? They have to reschedule me. Apparently the lady on the phone was from a call center and” has no access to their schedules”. So what the hell is this woman doing confirming appointments with no access to their schedules?
The receptionist woman rescheduled my appointment but was far from friendly, making it like I was lying about my appointment time. Customer service obviously isn’t a priority here.
Here I am another day away from possibly getting a car because this company is unorganized.

This bank is a joke. A friend of mine was charged $ 100 a month over her car payment for a year before she caught it. They made her prove she’d had car insurance the last year, when she did they said they could not refund that money, but could apply it to the loan. I recently received an alert from my credit report saying they charged my account off after making arrangements with a «Bill». When I called to ask where my last $ 680 worth of payments was going they responded with, only $ 6.53 was applied to your principle!!! WOW, I’ve never felt more taken advantage off. Very unorganized business, beware.
