Bob and Terry’s Ski and Sports Outlet

We arrived with our family of four with all of the gear ready for us! Very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful with getting us ready for our snowboarding vacation!

So let me tell you about this place!
Last Wed I ordered some skis from Amazon and Bob and Terry’s Outlet happened to be the seller of the K2 OoLaLuvs I’d been eyeing for some time. I live in CA and the shop is in NH so I decided to Express ship them so they’d arrive in time for my Tahoe trip next week. After receiving my skis Fri afternoon I decided to take them to my local ski shop to have the bindings put on, boots fitted and waxed for next week’s trip. The next day as I was adoring my new skis, I noticed they were the wrong size. I called Bob, to avoid the middle man (Amazon), to explain my situation. He pulled up my order and in fact I had ordered the 163 cm. After realizing I must have fat fingered the drop down menu I talked with Bob about my options. I sent the skis back to the shop so they would arrive by Tues afternoon and called Bob with a tracking number. He was so great and new my situation was dire and decided without even having met me or knowing who I am, shipped the correct size skis to me so that I’d have them by the time I left for my trip.
I would highly recommend this place to anyone who is looking for excellent customer service and amazing skis!

Really attentive to his customers, Terry has been at this for a while and picks up on the different, individual needs of his customers. Delivers what he promises; fair prices; excellent support. All around first rate.

These guys were so amazing that I felt compelled to write a review. After calling several ski shops to have my bindings mounted on the way to the mountain and receiving several «Nope» answers, I was pretty discouraged. Then I called these guys and they told me to come right in. They were warm and friendly, yet didn’t push any products on me. PLUS one guy had my bindings mounted and ready to go, I kid you not, within 10 minutes of us entering the shop. It was a DREAM! Great price, too!
I cannot give a high enough recommendation for these guys. Clearly they are people who love the sport and just want others to enjoy it just as much as they do!

Rented from them a few weeks ago. Friendly service, fair price tag for multi-​day rental, and bike comfortable. No complaints, pleased and would recommended to others.

This place is pretty great. Its a very mom and pop type of place with good prices. They do overnight board tuning if you are like me and leave that type of thing to be done last minute.
