Burghers are the best, but way too many fries! I hate to throw food away so I had to eat them – well, most of them. The rest I fed to the seagulls. But the burgher I finished. When you’re in the mood for a burgher, this is the place to go. Highly recommend.

I’m what you would call an expert at Five Guys Burgers and Fries. I seldom pass by and not stop for a meal when able. I always order the same thing and made no change here. It was exactly what I expected and the service was quick as expected. The place is clean, and while the cashier had some funky purple hair, he got my order right and was polite.

It’s Five GUYS. it’s not Five BUDS… I just hate being called buddy. Burgers were great, service somewhat ok but the clientele suck. Customers in general are pigs and this place doesn’t get cleaned as often as it should when customers turn over.

5 Guys: Your mobile-accessible web site stinks: the menu features plenty of nutritional information, but not a single price. What up with that?

Burgers fries and peanuts Most of the Five Guys I have been to have been pretty consistent. A small menu that has primarily burgers, a bunch of free condiments, lots of different drinks in a cool self serve machine and of course the gobs of free peanuts. This Five Guys is indeed pretty identical to all the others I have been in which isn’t a bad thing at all. The burgers are good, definitely a big step above the cheap fast food joints but hardly the best I’ve ever had. The fries are greasy and probably really unhealthy but they sure taste great. And they give you zillions of them in a big paper bag that quickly gets covered in grease. No deception here, you know exactly what you are getting. The service is efficient and fairly quick. You order at the counter, get a number, sit down and munch on some peanuts and then get your food when your number is called. Most Five Guys seem to play music at very loud levels so talking is difficult. It’s a fast food burger joint, make no mistake about that. But it’s a very good one. A bit more expensive than the older more established burger places but a whole lot better too.

The best burgers I think I’ve ever had! You can tell they are freshly made. I always get the bacon cheeseburger and all my fave toppings(grilled onions, lettuce, tomato, etc). I love the fries they pretty much just dump them in a brown paper bag. My husband and I usually get 1 large side of fries to share and there’s more than enough for the both of us. The only downside is that you have to pay separately for the fries. I feel like they should come as a combo with a burger, but that’s just my opinion. Always a favorite go-to for lunch. I always take home a container of the complimentary peanuts too. Great little snack!

It is hard to find a Five Guys that isn’t packed or doesn’t put out quality food. This establishment is a great one as you can tell the staff have fun doing their job. They are always communicating with one another and everyone knows what their jobs are and are willing to help each other out. The cleanliness of the establishment was very clean and they are quick to clean a table once guests have departed. Great food and great customer service at this joint.

I am a french fry fiend, and I love that this place has the cajun option. I wouldn’t say that they have the best fries, but it’d do for a fix. The burgers are made to order(with lots of topping choices to boot), very satisfying, and filled with meat — be sure to order a «little burger» if you’re hankering for just one patty. Otherwise you’ll get two patties — too much for my palate, personally. Be ready to wait a few minutes — patties are grilled on the spot. The staff is super friendly every time I go. Today I got an extra scoop of fries for free(they were going to be thrown out?) which I shared with the roomies. Totally worth smelling like onions for a burger fix in this town.

Friendly staff, prompt service and clean store beside for a few peanut shells. Food orders are accurate and hot. The fries are great and who doesn’t love a good messy double bacon BBQ cheese burger? Only reason this isn’t higher rating is some vegetable toppings aren’t always fresh and have gotten sick from them.

The staff was friendly and the service was relatively quick considering they cook your food as ordered. The manager also came up to see if everything was good. The burgers are very good and we love the options: lettuce, onions, mushrooms, tomato, cheese, jalapenos, etc. The fries are good. We recommend the cajun fries. But be warned they give a lot of fries. Be warned at times its very crowded and you will have to wait.

The people working are so friendly! My first visit here & I loved my bacon cheeseburger! We ordered the size regular fries & it was over heaping in the bag! A little expensive… But well worth it! & you will see why when you taste the quality. Clean restaurant as well. Would so come back again & again!

The location sucks. Go in the back way. Best burger I ever had. But it was still a burger. If I was totally into burgers, maybe I don’t care it was an expensive burger. It was also big compare a regular cheeseburger to a double quarter pounder with cheese. Now let’s talk about what I think were fries. First I have to give them props for putting out vinegar. Yes, I want vinegar on my fries. I’m from Southeastern Mass./RI and Proud!:) The fries from a small were plentiful. 1 small is more than enough for two people. They were also dark brown. The oil needs to be changed. They also were not crisp. The oil needs to be changed. I still have to emphasize it was an awesome burger. Yeah, it sounds like a horrible review, but that was an awesome burger. Sloppy as hell –get lots of napkins, but awesome. Eat outside if you can. The music inside is LOUD. Or maybe it just was when I went. If some one else is paying and you avoid the fries…:)

Everything tasted fresh and overall we were pleased with the smiles and good service. I have to agree they give WAYYYY too many fries. We always order a small and split it between 3 – 5 of us and STILL have some leftover. You can’t eat too many because they are so greasy(peanut oil) but my daughter likes them, despite their lack of crunchiness. I don’t mind the peanut shells on the floor… it adds a little fun to the atmosphere. Reminds me of eating at East Side Mario’s when it was still open around here. The prices were a little high. For 2 bacon cheeseburgers, 1 cheeseburger and a small fry(no drinks) we paid $ 18 and change. This fed 1 adult and 2 fourteen year olds. Kinda a lot if you ask me.

When you read the name of the restaurant, Five Guys Burgers and Fries, you should really expect no more than just that. This place literally only has burgers, fries, and hot dogs. They do make a grilled cheese sandwich, but honestly if that’s what you’re looking for then you’re in the wrong place. For a few reasons I really had to give this place 3 stars instead of 4; I do really like it here, the burgers are amazing, and the all you can eat peanuts are a nice touch. I must comment though that the burger patties are loosely packed and thin; if you’re looking for a thick monster burger that’s been flame broiled then you will be disappointed with Five Guys. I’m of the school of burger loving that covets the thin, loosely formed, grill top approach and this is exactly what I get when I come here. As far as why I bumped it down to a 3 star rating: I hate the fries, the prices are high, and the place is small for the amount of business it drums up. If you’re here at a peak time, you might as well sit in your car and eat because you won’t be getting a seat inside. The fries are natural cut with skin still on and it’s a nice touch to see the ‘Today’s fries are from…’ board which announces where they sourced that day’s spuds from. The real problem I have with the fries is that they fry them in peanut oil; it gives the fries a very un-french fry like taste in my opinion and makes them look a little over done and brown. The fries also tend to be very soft, and kind of bland. You put your own salt on and they do have vinegar available which I appreciate, but I just can’t bring myself to eat more than a few of them. I just don’t get the hype! The hot dogs are all beef and they cut them in half and grill them which is unique. They’re alright, but I’m also not a fan of all beef dogs and can’t understand why people would waste their appetite on that when you could be getting two super juicy burgers instead. Curiously enough, they have Pibb X-tra as a soda choice here. It’s rare to find that option these days and it’s similar to Dr. Pepper but I prefer it more. It’s not worth going here for that, of course, but if you want a burger made with love and all the free toppings you can stomach then Five Guys is the place to go.

Yum yum yum. The burgers are huge. The fries are huge. Everything is homemade. My only complaint is that they don’t have a gardenburger option. But honestly, I’m not a real enough vegetarian to not order a small cheese burger here & love every last juicy bite… Yum.

I’m getting annoyed at the people bashing it because its not as Cheap as Wendy’s. If you want Wendy’s, go to Wendy’s. Which, mind you, isn’t all that cheap anymore either. Wendy’s has gone up in price(as have the other two big ones), and therefore, I have no problems paying a couple dollars more for something that is worth eating. Maybe I’m jaded because I also spend more on groceries. I believe in eating better quality food, and Five Guys delivers just that. It is the only fast food restaurant I’ll actually eat the french fries at. Sure, its a greasy burger and fries, but I’ve never been disappointed by the food at Five Guys, and I’ve never had to take anything back up to the counter. Given, if you are a vegetarian, or allergic to peanuts, do NOT go here. There is no option for you vegetarians, and the peanut allergy afflicted will probably die immediately walking into the door. Its sort of a given at «fast food» type restaurants are cramped during Rush hour, and this place is no exception, this particular location(and I have been to a few) is set up a little poorly to accommodate for long lines. You get a friendly service every time, and they give you extra fries no matter which size you order(so I suggest the small). And if you’re going for the kid at heart experience, they have Cherry Coke in the fountain. I will return here again and again!

I guess I expected more from a restaurant so «hyped-up» by those in the area. Having waited longer than expected to try this place out, I was not overly impressed with the set up or food served here. Don’t get me wrong, the cheeseburger with ketchup I ordered was straight out of a backyard barbeque, with the fresh ground beef and greasy bun.. . and I can appreciate that. Something about the flavor that reminds you of being a little kid, stuffing way too much food in at the party just because it was available.. . or because dad didn’t want all the food he grilled to go to waste. A little overpriced for me, $ 5+ just for the burger? I guess I’m jaded by fast food prices. I don’t mind paying that for a burger, but to add french fries and a drink put things over the top.. . and at this rate, I may as well go to a sit down restaurant and enjoy a full meal for the same price. If you are going to order fries, get the small. The large is unnecessarily massive and you’d need the free refills on drinks just to wash ‘em down. Free bulk peanuts are available.. . but are positioned and stacked in an awkward area near the registers. I may return here someday for another try.. . but I also may consider wearing blinders to block out the distracting«Willy Wonka of Burgers» signs and wall posters claiming the restaurants status of the best of the best. You don’t need to prove yourself to me.. . I’m in there, I’m eating the burger, I’ll make my own decisions as to your greatness.

After eye-balling this place for the past two months(prior to opening) I finally went inside today. The parking lot was jammed, and I hate to see what it’s going to look like when the other two vacant buildings next to Five Guys finally open. But hey, at least you know it must be good before you go in, based on the parking lot! Now I must say that I am somewhat of a hamburger lover. Until the age of 13 – 14 that’s all I would order at restaurants. My parents knew I had an obsession. I wouldn’t say that Five Guys tops my list, but it’s pretty close. The regular burger consisted of two patties and you had a choice of picking from numerous add ons for ”free”. I picked grilled onions, mushrooms and tomatoes. The buns get a little greasy and soggy by the time you open it up if you take it home to go, but it was overall really good. The french fries are made fresh daily and they have a neat sign on the wall telling you where today’s potatoes are from. I spent roughly $ 10 for a HUGE burger, large quantity of fries that was overflowing in my brown bag that they hand everyone their food in, and a drink.
