Del Taco

Stopped here after a long afternoon running errands. Customer service was good but my crunchy tacos were nearly all cracked. Add insult to injury the men’s bathroom was filthy and had an offensive odor. Dining room was clean though, go figure. Food was decent. I’ll probably won’t be back but if I do I’ll make sure to bring hand sanitizer so I don’t have to step inside the restroom.

Drive thru is always slow here during the mornings, they’re short staff and literally, I am the only one ordering food in the drive thru. How can this be possible?

If I could give zero stars I would! Horrible service rude employees… who clearly don’t have training in customer service. We went threw the drive threw got our order wrong went all the way home then came back to correct it! She said bring the burrito back in like we were lying. why would we drive all the way back home to come back to lie? I don’t know her name but she said she was gonna make it «fresh» key word there was nothing fresh about that burrito apparently they need more training in making there food as well. Get it together people your making burritos and tacos its not rocket science.

This place has the weirdest customer care I’ve ever experienced… Weird behaving lading, paula w/​glasses served my Barito naming the number… I asked her is this carne asada burrito? She turned around and walked away… To add insult to injury, she also rolled her eyes… As if she meant «u aint that cute» I live here nearby and I don’t want this type of service in my area!!!

I’m not one to go to fast food joints especially Mexican because they tend to be heavy, cooked wrong or taste old. I was surprised this place was actually pretty good. I came only because it was late, I was hungry and there was nothing else open. Thankfully I didn’t get the runs or a stomach ache. My burrito had rice, beans, chicken and other good stuff inside. They’re also open ²⁴⁄₇ which is nice to have one near by whenever. It’s not a place I would go to often but if nothing else is around, I can kind of count on Del Taco :)

This is the del taco by my house so it is the only one I go to. I only use the drive through and it is always so fast and efficient. I am a big del taco fan which started when they introduced their shrimp tacos ! I love them, so flavorful and crisp! definitely a must have.

Like someone else said «It is what it is… Del Taco.» Well, he was right and that is all what it is.
I wanted to try the breakfast since it «looked good in pictures» although am not a fan of fast food joints breakfast, but what the heck how bad it could be, right? Part of the breakfast was good, but not all.
First of all let me say I have tried Del Taco’s Classic Chicken burrito at some other location and it was good. This review is for breakfast at this location, just for the sake of being fair.
Walked in and it seemed like they were short staffed. The manager (cashier) was having some issues with a drive-​thru customer. He was apologetic about it and asked me to give him a minute, please. He was really friendly and nice.
THE FOOD:
+++HALF POUND STEAK AND EGGS BURRITO+++
This was a combo with coffee and has browns. For breakfast it was not bad size. The steak tasted OK and the eggs is just OK as well. I really enjoyed the hash browns, they were crispy, crunchy delicious. Coffee was made fresh and it was good. I give them 3 stars just for this combo.
+++BACON EGGS QUESADILLA+++
This was really disgusting. First of all, they were stingy ($ 2.49) what do you expect. Hardly there was any bacon or eggs… lol. They should call it BACON AND EGGS QUESADILLA WANA BE. The tortilla was so old, just biting on it you can notice right away it is old, what a shameful BEQ! ZERO STAR for this one.
The place was fairly clean, not busy at all for this early morning.
FINAL VERDICT: If you are hungry for just something you want to call «breakfast» at cheap price, then this is for you. For me, I say Asta lavista baby!

Bought some tacos and a burrito, don’t go here! Everyone who ate from this location had a severely bad case of food poisoning. I’d give a 0 star rating if I could.

I’ve been here a few times. The food is ok, I’ve noticed that they ate usually short staffed but they never seem to have customers so I guess that makes sense. Their drive thru is good. They are always prompt each time I’ve come in. I do love that their burritos are nicely stuffed. That’s a good thing someone who eats a lot like myself. One thing I find annoying though is their orange juice. On the picture menu they make it seem freshly squeezed in an 8oz cup but it reality it’s a small carton that you would get at am elementary school cafeteria. Not cool. All in all this place is ok for something quick

Came here to treat myself after not having had Del Taco for months. Cold fries, no smiles. Very disappointing. I like to eat a couple of fries while I drive home (horrible I know) and they were room temperature. Very sad. But the tacos were tasty!

Just wanted to try their tacos, today is taco Tuesdays. All around town. Taco Tuesdays. Anyways 3 for $ 1.09 and guess what. Not enough meat, lettuce or cheese. Unreal. Will not stop here again.
The interior of this location was a mess. Trash all over the floor. I guess I got what I paid for.

I really dislike this place… the food is nasty and always cold and service sucks! and comparing it taco bell they really stay behind

This review is solely based on this establishment. Just to make this clear I am a big fan of Del Taco. It’s my go to spot after a night of fun and drinking.
I went to the drive thru with my family and had that one guy who hates his job and his life take our order. From the moment we started to place our order it was more than obvious he had no patience for us. I get it working at a fast food eatery is not the best paying or the most glamorous job out there however it’s what YOU chose to do for a living.
To top it off once we pulled up to the window it looked as if he was a supervisor. Just because you’re a big fat slob that cut too many classes when you were a kid does not mean you have to take it out on the world. I’m a confrontational personal however when my kids are in the car I turn the other way. He is extremely lucky I had them with me that day. There is no reason to treat people that way — especially when you’re getting paid to do that job. You don’t like it do something else.

how slow can you go… pretty darn slow.
On the way home my wife and I just needed a bite to eat because who want to cook that late. We saw the line in the drive thru so i opeted to jump out and go inside to order… big mistake. took almost 20 mins for my order. Fast Food my ass, but in the stores defense the employees were working really really hard and the manager was working the line too. So i guess we can just blame the popularity of this location and the amount of patrons this store gets. Maybe they should hire more people… hmmmmm that sounds like a logical and well though out plan since the two del taco’s in my area are always packed at night… always! 5 stars to the staff, but 3 for the franchise owner for not beefing up the staff during rush hour times.

I never eat inside Del Taco, I only drive through. And it was okay, a little broken English never hurt anybody. I was just glad she got my order right.
This place A-​OK

It is what it is… a Del Taco.
Used to have friends that lived down the street from here… this was my late-​night [10pm-​3am] stop.
They make everything average but there was this one guy like a year ago who worked the graveyard shift who was the happiest, nicest coolest guy in the world. Hispanic dude… like in his 20’s… perpetually stoned out of his mind but in a good way.
Really friendly cool guy.

Filthy and disgusting. Not one staff member was wearing gloves and they never washed there hands. Where is the health department?

Del Taco has found the way to my clogged artery of a heart — The Mac N Cheese Crunch Bites!
6 Little fried triangles stuffed with creamy maccaroni and cheese for only 2 bucks!
These things are so good and so filling, they’re perfect for a late afternoon snack — Try em!!! they’re worth the guilt you might feel later :)

Best. Del Taco. Ever.
I must admit that I am a regular at this Del Taco. The service at this particular location, especially in the drive-​thru, is AMAZING. They are fast (usually) and very friendly. Food quality is consistently good; I couldn’t ask for a better fast-​food joint. Viva la Del Taco!
