No soap in both wall dispensers in men’s bathroom. Good thing I had hand sanitizer on me. I wonder where the employees wash their hands?

I rarely eat McDonalds, but when I do it’s typically pretty late at night and nothing else is open. I always come to this locations since it’s open 24 hours and nearby my coworker’s house. I’ve had a few issues with a few of my orders, where I would be missing nuggets or they would be really dry and hard.

I go there for morning coffee and I like it here. I don’t expect a lot from a fast food restaurant but it’s not bad to sit for a bit and enjoy my morning coffee. For most part, it’s fairly clean.

Worst managed location I have ever experienced. This review is based on multiple visits. Manager is rude and very unprofessional and the drive thru wait is so long and unacceptable. The wait is the same no matter the hour of day.

I saw their menu that says «All day breakfast». It says it comes with hash brown and coffee. So I ordered the one that says, 3 pancakes and sausage. When I was about to pay, the cashier told me that the hash brown and coffee should be paid separately that they are not part of what I was ordering. Huh? Look at this picture and tell me if I am reading it correctly.

I go to the drive thru order a simple oatmeal w the fruit and apples on the side I get it all mixed in why can’t I just get my plain oatmeal and fruits and apples on the side is that too much to ask for? :(

You might not want to come here for a large soft drink this location charges full price not a $ 1.00 like the other ones do. Talking about not being team players!!!

The service here is absolutely ridiculous. The wait for the drive thru is always long even if there’s only 1 or 2 cars in line. They’ve messed up my order several times and you always have to remind them several time to give you ketchup and napkins. Last time I came here, they had me drive back and forth from window 1 to window 2 because they couldn’t get my order right. They also couldn’t get my total correct. First he said 4 dollars and came back and said «Oh we forgot to charge you for your drink.» Don’t wast your time coming here.

This was remodeled maybe a year or so ago. I usually go through the drive thru — it’s got 2 order lines now. I prefer this location bc its convenient on way home. They have specials and food order is accurate and made the way in want it. (Ie hazelnut ice coffee no ice, cheeseburger/​hamburger ketchup only, etc). Staff efficient and are friendly. Food consistent as it should be, fries crispy & hot (majority of time), as well as their chicken nuggets. They use to have a special everyday of week but I guess they removed it. So overall, I give this 3.5 stars. I usually go afternoons.

I have been to this location many times throughout the years. Mostly, I use their drive-​through. The food at this location is «Solid» McDonald’s and I’ve never had any issues with it. the location is large, it has WiFi, playground outside, and is generally clean.
The customer service as with many fast-​food restaurants is very hit and miss. Would be nice if it was consistently awesome.

This place literally smells like feces. The bathrooms smell better than the main dining area.

For a Saturday morning, the Service here was fast and prompt compared to the other McDonald’s on Balboa and Lassen. The Balboa McDonald’s location was more disorganized, had no bacon and also had a 30 minute line, in store wait. We drove out to the Parthenia location to eat indoors, the smiling female asian cashier, Chris, was very friendly, and there was no wait. We Will definitely be back again for morning breakfast.

McDonalds is cheap and fast and has been around before I was born in 1967. My grandmother brought me here as a kid…

Horrible service one of the workers kids walked in and started taking orders while this 17 year old was breast feeding her child I would never go here again because another time before that when I asked for a kids meal they gave me a mc double and wouldn’t give me the kids meal

Big, big mistake when I decided to come here for breakfast. Sunday morning line out of the door and only one chashier taking the orders, the waiting time was about 30 min and in this time two customer came back saying their order was wrong, I Don’t blame them since we don’t get any receipt to proof our purchase or what we ordered. The attitude of management and chashier was not very professional when They fixed the wrong orders. When I told the manager that I didn’t get any receipt she just said «you have to remember the number of your order»
After a long wait we got our food, but im not planning to come back at this location for the reasons of slow service, poor and rude customer service, and unprofessional manager.

I come here at least 3 times a week because my son’s school is right next door to it, so we stop in for shakes, or kids meal, to play a lil.
The employees (at indoor registers) are nice & friendly! (I hardly go threw drive thru but when I do they are good too) Which I like because, that’s what everyone hates about these places is usually bad customer service. We’ll I personally have great experience here! Have never had a complaint. Place is clean & they have a play area. Only thing that could make this place better would be to have the play place in doors with a/​c & heating for the weather changes.
If I knew the staffs name I would totally say who they were. Might keep track next time I am there.

I wish people would of seen the poor shape of this Mcd’s was in a few years ago.
The management team invested alot of money to fix it up.
The area this Mcd’s is in doesn’t necessarily help its appeal. I would suggest visiting during the day and be careful at night since weird people tend to loiter.
Not the best place to have a meeting. For some reason the parents that visit this locations let the kids run around like crazy.
The staff is alright and they are pretty fast to get your orders done.

Several times, I’ve had my order served to me incorrectly. This has grown to be very problematic due to the fact that once I get home and find the problem, I don’t want to drive back to the store to get my order remade. And I shouldn’t have to check my order every single time they hand me my food. Not cool!

Nothing Great. Nothing Horrible. A-​OK.
Heres why: The inside is somewhat clean. The restrooms always smell like a sewer. The tables are usually spotless which should be the most important.
Sodas never out, food taste goood for the fact it’s fast food establishment. Basicly everything is what is expected.
My favorite part to write about, the employees. Here you’ll get a mixed lot. I’m not sure of their names, I’m sorry! So I’ll use their sex and race. My favoirte person here is the nice asian girl, shes always very helpful and in a good mood. I hope she still works here.
However there is the night crew which is not always friendly. I don’t blame them, I might not be so nice too if I worked there. However I might start going somewhere else because of it. Going through the drive through is a pain sometimes because of this.
