Worst service I’ve ever had. They take about 30 mins to take your order on a weekend and you know the best part is that to serve you your food they take about 1hr. That’s not including how they don’t even bother to offer any water or anything to assist you to eat while you wait. I’m very disappointed, I will never be coming back to place with a unorganized restaurant.

Panaderia Emanuel is one of those Salvadoran restaurants that you go to on Saturday mornings. As a Salvadoran, I have been to many Salvadoran restaurants and this place is in my top three, perhaps the best in the San Fernando Valley. Even though I’d have to say that a better one is located about 40 miles away. Now on to my pro and con: Pro: Quality at affordable prices. For example, I ordered a Coke Can, Sweetbread, a Chicken Tamale, and a pan frances for less than $ 4! I had to double check to see if she got everything. Seriously, that’s less than the cost of an average fast food burger without any fries or drink! You can feed a family of four with pupusas and drinks for a lot less than $ 20! Con: It’s a bit hard to find, and there’s not a lot of parking spaces available. Overall, Panaderia Emanuel is a must, I highly recommend it!

I find the Pupusas to be among the best in the valley. Try the pork and beans Pupusas and the beans and cheese Pupusas. Very good. Sweet breads are also ok.
