Ultimate Salon

So let me begin by saying I am an absolute fan of Unilocal.When I want good food, I only go to the highest rated restaurant and order what is highly recommended. And when I want to look beautiful and feel comfortable, I spend months trying to find the best place and the right PERSON to do the job. For the past few years I’ve been trying to look for a new salon to call my own, one where I think, «Time to call my hairstylist to fix up my hair.»
I spent the last 5 years of my life spending way too much money and getting results for my hair that made me question whether I’ve been doing something wrong when I tell the stylist what I want. I bring photos, I reference actresses that have the hair I want, I have been told by the highest rated people, «That’s great hon, but the honest truth is that that look would not suit your face.» That was at least what my last stylist said before Tammy. He said that, and the trust I had in Unilocal,the 800 reviews and the comments mentioning his name, led to trust him and have the worst haircut I’ve had in my entire life.
Girls who want long hair, you know how hard it is to go in for a trim and come out of it with half the hair you came in with. That’s what happened to me. He didn’t give me the layers I wanted… But instead left it choppy all around my head. The next weekend I had to go to my boyfriends cousins wedding. When my boyfriends family saw me they told me I needed to fix my hair, the day of the wedding conveniently.
They brought me to Ultimate Salon and I honesty felt like a dog being brought into the vets office because the location is not fancy like the places Unilocal had been taking me to, and to be frank, my feelings had been hurt too consistently by the people that worked with my hair.
Tammy was the only one available. She saw my hair and immediately took me under her wings. I showed her at least 10 different photos of Hillary Duff and told her how important it was for my to keep the length of my hair. She follows by feeling my hair and saying, «you have thick hair, would you like layers?» YES. The first stylist to know what I want before I even say anything.
She saved my hair and thanks to her, I was getting compliments on my hair all day at the wedding. Not only at the wedding, but then when I hung out with friends! When I skyped with my family! She saved my hair.
So unconditionally happy I stumbled into Ultimate Salon and into the delicate hands of Tammy!

I’m giving a review for Daisy, she’s the only manicurist there. I followed her from a different nail salon, now she has her own little space in the salon. She’s been doing my nails for a short amount of time but I will never go to any one else !! EVER AGAIN ! I text her and she always responds! You won’t ever be disappointed !!

I drive from away just get my hair cut by Dianelli and now I take my son to her as well. They always do a great job. About the negative customer service. You must understand this is mom and pops establishment and and they are trying to please hundreds of customers. If your uptime concerns is getting a best hair cut then ultimate salon is your place
Ps Im now texting my barber to let her know I need her services and she always replies with the best time for me to come

I had a great experience! Great customer service, hair cut and highlight look great. My son got a tapper im very picky but the woman who did it did a great job.

Not customer service at all. The salon has a couple of professional people there, I usually go with Cinthia and she did a great job doing my hair however if she is not around the front desk lady in turn has a really bad attitude, I don’t think any customer deserves to be treated bad just because the girl who usually takes care of you is not there. They advertise walk ins welcome but I doubt it, even though I received an apology from the owner, i won’t come back there.

I came in on a Saturday evening for a blowout on my extremely curly hair and some curls to be added to the ends.
Tamy did an amazing job! She was fast, very well priced and very friendly. She was not pushy and knew exactly what I wanted.
As a single mother who lost her husband last year, I think she deserves so much credit for all of her hard work in her job and care that she puts offers her clients. I will definitely be back. :)

Review Time again! I’ve give this location to adhere to new updated suggestions and FAIL! Not a sign of urgency or consistently. Punctuality is not an ability here at this salon. STAFF UNQUALIFIED for this industry. Friendly but not stepping it up.

The BF and my little man go here for there haircuts. Was recommended to take the little man here by the BF. Ive never personally got my hair cut at this place. But im pretty sure they do a good job, its just that im very picky when it comes to people touching my hair.
So far ive been happy with the results when they cut my sons hair. I cant complain. And its only $ 12, which isnt bad because I take him to get a hair cut twice a week.
