This review is about Verizon FIOS Corp., not the North Hills Office. Verizon Fios is supposed to be a telecommunications company but they have no idea how to use a telephone or what customer service is. Their employees are not trained for their job and they have no problem with keeping you on hold for literally HOURSAT A TIME…(4 hours on 4÷13÷2015). Just when you are told that you will finally be connected to the STUPIDVISOR that will fix your problem, they disconnect you, only to start all over with a new low level technician who is not trained. This happened 2 times on the same 4 hour call. They can’t call you back because THETECHSDONOTHAVETELEPHONES!!! If this was a company that sold hamburgers, then I could understand them not knowing how to call you back to fix the problem. But this a TELEPHONECOMPANY and they only started the company in 1926. THAT’S 89YEARSAGO. This company does not deserve your business because they have no respect for your time and they don’t bother to train their employees to do their job. I wouldn’t pay for their service and they are SOFIRED as of today! I refuse to do business with STUPID.
