We didn’t end up getting tile from Firenze for various reasons. However, the gentleman who helped us was really great. We were there a few times, and he took time to show us what would work for us, make suggestions, and help us with samples. I didn’t give them the full five stars, since the women owners, who were so highly raved about on Unilocal,didn’t seem interested in any contact with us at all.

Amazing customer service, and great quality tile !!! The owners @ Firenze tile are beyond helpful, they are both very knowledgeable .They helped us choose variety of products for our home. The selection @ Firenze is phenomenal. This place carries all the latest designs-trends that people look for such as: porcelain, ceramics, travertine, glass, you name it and they have it !!! The girls have fabulous taste so if your looking for advice (opinion) there are very good at that. The prices are great !!! Great people and I will recommend this place to ALL my friends.

Firenze Ceramic Tile is as good as it gets. My father just remodeled his kitchen and used their tile on the counter tops and the floor. He got exactly what he wanted, at a very fair price, and it was done quickly! The installation was very professional and high quality. I would recommend them to all of my friends.

They have an extremely large selection of products, great prices, and great service. I was remodeling a bathroom and wasn’t quite sure what to use. The team at Firenze gave me some good ideas and the room turned out perfect. All my guest who visit this room keep asking who the designer was and I just smile. I was amazed at how they made me feel welcome and spent so much time working with me. I can’t wait to go back for my kitchen remodel.
