I have been coming here for 12 years now and I can’t imagine going any where else. My hair cut is always on point and I am always satisfied with my cut.

Best haircut I’ve had in Southern California, hands down. First off, I must inform you that I find it absurd paying $ 20+ for a haircut. My price range is $ 10-​$ 16, and Hair 2000’s $ 12 haircut was very appealing.
The cut: uniform, professional, and the care in which the barber (I didn’t catch his name, he spoke little english) cut my hair far exceeded the price.
If you are looking for an inexpensive yet high-​quality haircut, look no further. Oh and don’t forget to bring cash, they don’t accept debit (I had to drive to BOA afterwards to get cash, as Unilocal told me they accepted cards)

Been going here for a while now and I got to say these guys are the best. Perfect cut every time, very friendly staff and the environment is awesome, has that old school barber shop feel where everyone knows your name hehe. Weekend waits are long but what would you expect from a place that has quality service and prices.

I walked in today for a haircut, the barber looked me up and down, and said no — at 10:30AM in the morning. To have an employee judge me and reject me before I could even explain myself is rude and not good for business. I’m sure they’re exceptional barbers but that discriminating behavior left a bad taste in my mouth.

I have been coming here for more than 10 years and will not go anywhere else. Jacob is a friend to everybody and definitely the best barber in the valley. I recommend to everyone…

I’ve been going to this barber shop for 15 years. They’re very professional and curious. They have years of experience and give me the perfect cut every time. They give best scissor cut. I would highly recommend this place.

I tried to get my hair cut here today on my lunch break but instead I just sat in the waiting room until I eventually left. When I walked in I was told there were 2 people ahead of me (one currently in the chair and one in the waiting area) and that it would be 30 minutes which is fine. I took a seat and played on my phone for a little bit. There was a group of kids (early 20’s) sitting playing cards behind the old man cutting hair which I thought was odd but whatever. When the barber finished up with his customer one of the kids got up from playing cards and plopped down into the barber chair. I asked the guy in the waiting area next to me if he was next and he just kind of shrugged and looked confused. I was still on my lunch break so I couldnt afford the time to have some kid just cut in front of me so I stood up and asked the barber «I thought you said there were two people in front of me?» to which one of the kids playing cards replies «no, there are 4 now. We decided we wanted haircuts» and his friends laughed. The barber started to cut the kids hair and I left

I have been coming to jacob for 8 years now. Never have I been disappointed with a single hair cut. Has a very old school barber feel to it with a great vibe. Even on a bad day if I go to get a haircut I’ll come out happy. Great service and they treat you like family.

Cheap simple local hair salon for men. I used to come here and bring my son. Price is unbelievably low, and styles are ok for the price.

Been coming here for a year now and I’m never disappointed… My fade is ways on point and it feels like an old school barber shop with full of good energy and conversation. They’re even open on Sundays. If you want an awesome haircut go see Jacob

i wanna give negative stars!!! fuck this place!!! i went there today because i have been there before and they do a good job but be careful. if you aren’t armenian you will be passed up by any guy that is armenian that walks through the door. this is the second time it happened. i’m not fuckin stupid. i see what’s going on. this place is rediculous. really? making me wait while you finish a game of backgammon? don’t bother getting your hair cut here if you don’t speak their language. there isn’t a sign in sheet so they can seat whom ever they want. i should contact the bbb.

Jacob/​Hakop is a magician with hair. My neighbor told me about his place after another barber ruined my cut and fade. After that I’ve never gone anywhere else. There’s rarely a time when he gives me a fade and I don’t get compliments and questions about where I get my haircuts. And he’s a big Lakers fan so that’s always a plus! #LakersNation !!
