Price was ok but customer service sucks. Rented a jumper and some tables in a Package for a Sunday event. First they showed early to pick up the stuff and when I asked to pay for a day more the guy picking the stuff said no. I told him that it was over 1 hr early and he said he lived too far (burbank) to comeback later and that he didn’t care if I still had invites not his problem. People this person was actually also the owner of the business because I ask to call the owner and he proudly said I’m the owner. Wow this was an experience specially for the little kids being kicked out of the jumper. I would not recommend this place ever or even give it a second chance their lack of professionalism and customer satisfaction is poor.

We had a babyshower today. Ina from Mari Luz was amazing!!! Let me start with our first meeting. We got to her place and she had 2 balloon displays made for us. It was so easy! We made a few changes and gave her a deposit. Everyone should be so easy to deal with. Day of event she was there early and the centerpieces were perfect. Everyone was complimenting them. The candy bar was amazing. This place is a gem and I almost hate giving out my secret. Thank you thank!!!

My husband had rented chairs and tables from them for years Mariluz. They are a family business and they treat customers as family too. Very helpful and reasonably priced. When we got married at the LA River Center Ina did an amazing job and worked with our budget! They were stunning! The job she did for my sisters wedding at the LA Arboretum was just as amazing. For my daughters 3 year old party we rented a jumpy and tables etc. They were great as always.

i use to love this place my mom and i recommended everyone to go here until last Friday… words can’t explain how disappointed we were… we ordered chair covers and table cloths and received the chair covers unironed and the table cloths with holes … it would of been not a big of a deal but when brought to the owners attention she gave us attitude and called us picky. on top of all that mess she decided to bug me at work and ask for her things back… i wasn’t even part of the damn contract! how she got my work number idk… Stalker much? Smh just so disappointed!

This place is great! Mariluz and Ceci are always willing to go the extra mile to service whatever your needs are. They always come up with a solution and whatever your budget is. I recommend them 100%
Their Flower arrangements and decorations are original and beautiful plus their prices are great!

I love Mariluz flowers I’ve been going to her for at least 10 years. Love the larger location. She has very reasonable prices. I use her for all our party rentals canopies, chairs, tables and jumpers. She also has beautiful center pieces and party favors everything you may need for any party or occasion. The whole family is very friendly and helpful from her husband to the daughter. The flowers are always beautifully arranged she works with your budget.
