I cut my hair with Cinthia and she is amazing !!! I love how she knew exactly how to work with my type of hair and how to cut it. Before this I hadn’t cut my hair in 2years because of a bad experience with a hair salon. When I came In here the vibe was great Cinthia was very sweet the staff was welcoming. Overall Cinthia did a great job and I’m definately going back!

Caitlyn R is my favorite stylist at this place — and even though the chair that she styles at is in NoHo, she is from Huntington Beach in Orange County. She drives up 3 to 5 days a week as I recall to work the NoHo Hair Salon. I am not sure where she works at other times but I assume it is much closer to home. Contact her to find out details.

I moved to NOHO about a year ago and I was nervous to try to find someone who could cut my super thick and wavey hair. I decided to just go for it and set up an appointment with Monica. The girl I spoke with on the phone to set up the appointment was super nice and helpful. Monica was fun, sweet, caring, and she provided me with a hair cut that I’ve never had and now I’ll always get it. From her. I love my hair, but it’s taken me until today to actually find a cut that looks good with my length. She found it for me! I’ll be seeing her again as soon as I need another cut. Thanks, Monica!

I look human again! When I arrived at Noho salon tonight I had orange hair from a color correction. I arrived at Noho Salon in sweat pants hiding from the world. I was in Monica’s chair within 30 minutes. She applied a beautiful color and now my hair looks amazing! And the color correction was not for nothing because it peeks through to give my hair beautiful highlights! Thank you so much Monica! I can’t wait to come back.

I have been looking for a good hair stylist for a loooong time and I have found an awesome one in Cinthia!
I am a very loyal customer and when it came time to part ways with my old stylist, it was very difficult for me. I searched and researched throughly for an excellent stylist and when I was finally and completely satisfied with all the «stars» (& reviews) I saw, plus the inspiring comments, I took the plunge and set up an appointment with Cinthia.
Upon meeting with her initially, she was already very warm and accommodating. She listened to my needs and concerns and appeased me immediately of any apprehensions that I may have had. She’s very honest and not out to up sell with a service or product. I can feel that she is sincere and extremely passionate to not only make you satisfied but very happy. Since I have started going there, I leave overjoyed and extremely contented. She does make me feel beautiful and I believe that THAT is the most important.
She is very engaging and social but yet, completely professional. I can honestly say that I have found an amazing person that I am going to be loyal to.
I also have to really also commend Jeremy for always greeting me with a smile and making me feel very comfortable! I just love, love, love this salon!

I seriously can’t find one bad thing to say about Noho Hair Salon. From booking the appointment, to the end result. All good things!
I’m new to LA, and wasn’t keen on paying $ 400 to get my hair done. They did a fantastic job on my cut and color for a really reasonable price! I went with a friend, and they were able to let us sit near each other so we could talk. The entire staff was incredibly friendly. You can tell they put their clients first.
Veronica was my stylist and I’ll definitely be going back to her! I went for dramatic cut and lighter color, and she made recommendations, listened to what I was saying, and executed exactly what I was imagining! And this is coming from someone who is VERY picky with her hair. She paid a lot of attention to detail, and that’s something I really like!
Can’t wait to go back!

Decided to check out this place based on Unilocal reviews. Was set up for a consult with Veronica and had my actual appointment the next day. I have been dying my hair BOX BLACK for over 15 years. Veronica took me to a beautiful medium auburn that I LOVE! I had been afraid to put bleach in my hair but she assured me by using olaplex with the bleaching/​coloring process it would help with any damage and my hair feels great! I became in a new woman in just under 4 hrs! Love what she was able to do for me.

Today was my first visit to this place and I will be going back. My appointment was with Monica-​she was so sweet and really considerate and wanted to make sure we both understood the look I was going for. So happy with the results! I was greeted and made to feel welcome the moment I walked through the door. I was offered water and tea and opted for the tea. This place is great and they have friendly staff, which is always a plus! Thank you NoHo Salon!

I’ve found my new place! I always go see Annette! I arrive looking blah, but I always leave looking and feeling gorgeous! I’ve been coming here for over a year now. She knows just how I like my hair, she’s cut, dyed it done about everything you can to it! And the prices are very affordable. You get the quality of a high end salon at noho hair salon, trust me, you need to try this place! Tell annette I sent you! BTW free parking in this hard to park location.

I’ve been going here for under a year a love it. Cinthia is phenomenal and I always walk out feeling like a million bucks, as do other customers from the looks on their faces.
Very chill atmosphere and so warm and welcoming. I love how I can always get a tea or water after walking in the door.
Trust me and go here.

I had a color tragedy with another salon and was looking like a fried zebra. Cynthia saw how desperate I was and got me in that day even though she was booked solid. She was quick and friendly and I left with the most beautiful healthy looking head of hair. She gave me great tips on how to manage it on my own. I couldn’t have been more pleased with the experience. It was above and beyond.

She was great! I was able to book an appointment the day before, when I was freaking out about my dry, damaged and tangled hair. She said «no problem» and we moved forward with a conditioning treatment and cut. We talked about the style I wanted, and something easy to maintain. Love the layers of my hair now, tangle free, and just under $ 100! I’ll be back for sure.

Monica is great!!! She has wonderful communication skills and fully explains different techniques before diving into the haircut! She has a wonderful personality which makes it a memorable experience… She is genuinely interested in you as a person!
Monica gave me great advice on hair care products and even offered to show me how to properly blow out my hair. The receptionist was super sweet and got me delicious tea while I waited.
Parking is hit or miss. My appointment was at noon, so I could park fairly close. If you want street parking, be sure to come a few minutes early because there are areas closed for street cleaning.

Not happy with my haircut. If you’re a male, ask for someone who can cut men’s hair. My girl finished with about 50% more to do. I don’t do hair, but I know when my hair needs a little more work.
The fade wasn’t blended. There was a very clear line of when she stopped using clippers. It’s so uneven. She didn’t use any water either, which is weird because I came in with a hat on. I had hat hair… And she began to cut into it! I won’t say her name, u less you ask me to.
I have to go to another salon to get it cleaned up. Waste of time and money.
She was the sweetest girl. And the salon was clean. And she only charged me $ 25… So had to bump it up to 2 stars.
Quality control people… Quality control.

Now onto the good stuff. I originally scheduled my appointment with the Butterfly Loft Salon in Encino and the stylist cancelled on me today due to some misfortune. I believe in signs so I said to myself it wasn’t meant to be. Heartbroken and panicked I searched Unilocal rigorously for another salon. It is so hard to find a good stylist who does exactly what you ask for.
Excuse my language, but my hair has been shitted on twice with two different stylists. So third time was the charm when I stumbled upon Noho Hair Salon.
I called praying they’d have an opening for me before my trip and Kristen was available. I didn’t see any reviews for her so I was hoping it’d turn out well. Let me just say she is the sweetest girl ever and we hit it off. I explained what I wanted and showed her a picture and she worked her magic on me. My biggest pet peeve is when stylists chop off your hair so when she said I needed a cut I was nervous. She only cut off the ends and didn’t chop off my hair. BROWNIE POINTS!
The end result was amazing. I mean I absolutely love my hair. I’ve already received compliments and I am so happy she got rid of the reddish brown I had going on cause my hair was tore up from the floor up. Seriously my roots were grown out and it was three different colors. Horrendous.
So overall, I am glad that the universe sent me to Noho Hair Salon as I have found my new hairstylist! She is a hair goddess. So holla at Kristen :) She’s amazing!

Cinthia is a color GODDESS and an absolute lifesaver. My last hair stylist somehow turned my light brown hair completely green when I asked for an ombré. My hair was a disaster when I first went to Cinthia. She knew exactly how to get the unwanted green color out (which was NOT easy but she made it seem like it was). Then she carefully lightened my hair but told me that she was concerned about the damage my last hairstylist had done and was not willing to further damage my hair. Instead of being money-​hungry, she chose to do less to my hair (and charge me less) to protect my hair in the long run.
After a couple months of allowing my hair to grow stronger, I returned to the salon so Cinthia could finish the job. She did an AMAZING job giving me a beautiful summer sombre look, and she completely understood and respected that I wanted light hair without making it high maintenance. This look will grow in and will still look beautiful as the roots continue to grow out because of the careful technique that she used. I also got a great cut and so many tips on how to keep my hair healthy.
Cinthia also clearly stays on top of her game by keeping herself informed and educated about all the new trends and techniques, and it shows. She’s also just super friendly and easy to talk to! I am SO happy with my hair. I’ve tried just about every salon in LA and she is simply a miracle worker.
The entire salon is very clean and cool, and the receptionist is super accommodating and kind. HIGHLY recommend this salon and definitely ask for Cinthia!!!

Courtney Ward is an outstanding hair stylist. She’s a true artist. She gave me the best hair cut I’ve ever had, after a decade of bad haircuts and disappointment.
She gave me the most perfect asymmetrical bob and I get so many compliments on it. I refer everyone to her. Courtney takes pride in her work and will take her time to give you exactly what you’re looking for.
Parking is easy and free. Location is easy to find. See Courtney, and you won’t regret it!

I’ve been going to Monica for over 2 years, we have gone from black to blonde to black to blonde, and every time my hair comes out perfect and feels great. She’s awesome with color correction, friendly and honest with the results. I’ve had horrible experiences before going to Monica from damaged hair to the stylist doing whatever she wants, highly recommend her for anything whether it’s subtle or dramatic. The shop is great and everyone is friendly.
I love it here give it try u won’t regretted pinky promise girls :)

Incredible!
I have very very difficult hair. It’s super fine and always getting sun damaged because I work outside and in general I kind of let maintenance slip lately.
That being said it’s not the easiest to make look good. And in general I don’t wear it down without putting my clip in hair extensions in.
So I decided to chop it off! A lot of hair stylists I’ve been to don’t really «get» fine hair and the way to cut it to give it the most volume. Too many layers, you look bald. Not enough you have a limp one length blob.
Monica totally nailed it! My hair looks and feels amazing and full! I’m wearing it styled down on its own since I can’t even remember.
And she even cut and blended my extensions for when I want a tad more length.
The salon is nice and cozy. When I walked in I felt like I was walking into a friends home for a good chat. Everyone there was so nice, even the other customers.
I would recommend this salon, and specifically Monica to anyone looking for a quality styling.
