Petals

Wanted to get my mother an arrangement before Valentines Day. Called Petals because they were close to her location. Customer service was excellent! I believe I spoke to Abe! He was very patient and helped me pick an arrangement my mother would enjoy. I was comfortable during the whole conversation and didn’t feel like I was being pressured or upsold. I really appreciated that. They delivered her flowers on time and on the same day.
Would definitely use them again and would recommend them.
Minimum $ 75 for delivery. Delivery cost me around $ 8 (My mother’s location was 3 – 4 miles away).

My husband has been ordering flowers for me from Petals for at least four years now and I have to say, they are the best. Any time an arrangement is sent to my office, the staff always stop to admire at them and take pictures. It even upsets some wives at my office that say they don’t get flowers nearly as nice as I get from Petals.
The flowers are always fresh, gorgeous and they bloom for days on end (as long as you take care of them). I’m so happy to give Petals business and my husband tells me that Abe could not be nicer. He is always quick to remember my husband and provide him/​me with the best arrangement within our budget.
When I throw a formal party, I know where I’m going to get my flowers from. Thanks Petals!

I have been using Petals since 1997! I love them and Abe is the BEST. He’s so friendly, remembers my name and who I order for each year. One year, he even remembered that I had previously ordered for my grandmother and was so kind when I told him that she had passed away the December before. I cannot recommend Petals high enough! 5-​stars is just not enough! Their flower arrangements are stunning and I am never disappointed! I will continue to use them for all flower deliveries and will drive there from my home in Culver City just to pick up their custom bouquets!

I found petals on Unilocal with 30 minutes to go before my wife’s plane landed in burbank. This was the first time she had left me and our 3 month old and she had been gone 1 week. With out a minute to spare, i raced over there to find a big brown brick warehouse building with a roll up door that looked nothing like a flower shop. What i didnt realize is that petals is not open to the public. They strictly do deliveries and cater to large events. I had no idea. Despite this, the staff of petals, took time away from arranging their large event bouquets to help me. I think they could see the desperation in my eyes. Abe was so kind. Between quickly arranging the most amazing bouquet I’ve ever given my wife, he was telling about their business, and making my baby giggle. Abe told me that all their flowers are exotic with the exception of one type of rose grown in california. It was truly an amazing bouquet and certainly worth more than Abe would let me pay. They even helped me to the car. Really amazing.
Needless to say, my wife was in tears when she saw me, our baby, and the huge bouquet waiting for her at the airport. Petals made me look like a rockstar. So if you ever need flowers delivered or a large event, I would definitely recommend Petals.

I admit, I’ve never actually walked through the doors of Petals, but I have talked to Abe (sounds like Ahbay) on the phone to place orders here. HE IS THE BEST! Words cannot describe the beauty of their arrangements… but you can see pictures at their website:

Petals has been in business for over two decades and the clientele includes many people in the entertainment industry who swear by Petals. They consistently rank on top lists of LA Florists, and for good reason.
Though the price is a little more expensive than other florists, Petals does an excellent job. They put care into every single order and will accomodate your requests for certain colors, styles, flowers, etc. Aside from beautiful flowers, Petals has exceptional service. And no matter how busy they are, they will always try to help.
They also have a network of other florists they work with if you ever need flowers sent out of town. Petals has sent arrangements to places like San Francisco, Las Vegas, and Phoenix on my behalf. And in town, they can get flowers anywhere in a few hours or less.
I’ve even been lucky enough to receive flowers from Petals on more than a couple of occasions. I cannot tell you how much attention they get as soon as they come in the door! They are simply gorgeous!
