Pizza Hut

Not sure why this place has such bad reviews. Maybe it’s because we order regularly and we have an account online, but I receive my pizza hot, fresh and in the time allotted almost every single time. I don’t have any complaints about this location.

Well my biggest complaint has to stem from the brain dead female this establishment had on phone duties when I called. after having described to me a plan in which I would pay 16 dollars for a large pizza and eight wings, I somehow ended up, unwittingly, with a transaction that saw me pay 23 dollars for the same amount of product. Once I called and tried to rectify this clear error, I was told once I agreed to a transaction there was nothing they could do. I do understand the potential limitations, but is it just me or is it still possible to get store credit or something? Just weak.

Should be a 0!!! Stay away!!! Go to dominos or maybe papa johns if u want «fast food» pizza.
Ordered online for pick up. Went to pick it after 20min
My pizza wasn’t ready and they were all standing around and talking had to wait another 20min to get my order. I don’t think it takes 40min to make an order even if it’s busy…
Anyways I asked for cheese and peppers and they said they ran out. Trust me they never ran out they just didn’t want to give it to me
Went home and opened it up (I got the dinner box) the cheesy bread was hard, nasty, and flavorless… wings were decent but never again will I ever get Pizza Hut… it’s not the same as it was about 10 or more years ago

I would give them 0 if they let me! I sent an order online at 7:30 with an email responding that I would receive my order by 8:10pm…I called at 8:30
To be told by the stupid b**ch that is supposedly the manager named Karen that they cancelled my order because they called my phone number twice and no one answered… then said they called and no one answered and then it was disconnected… never mind that I used that same phone to call them about the order…
I’m going beyond that little b*tch Karen to corporate… I was a customer who ordered just a few days before! Now I’m supposedly a new customer?!?

I dont know why this pizza hut has so many bad reviews, everytime that I order my delievry is always fast. I have the pizza hut app on my phone so my address and previous orders are recorded. Pizza is always hot and soo good

Terrible service from staff and the manager as well, to no surprise
I made an order, was told delivery would take 30 – 40 minutes, received my total and all. An hour and a half passed by so I gave them a call to see what was taking so long only to be told by the Same guy that took my order that there was nothing in the system under my name because he might have lost the ticket (no apologies). I decided to speak to the manager just to have a worse customer service experience, she was extremely rude and didn’t apologize for her staff, the mistake, or herself for that matter. She should have at least offered a discount. They lost a loyal customer, I’ll be ordering from elsewhere now on.

I put in an order online and waited over an hour an a half. Finally I called to find out that they cancelled my order. Instead of trying to help she said «well that’s your fault that the number was wrong so I don’t know what you want me to do»
Really! I put in one incorrect number! If I get a confirmation email can I at least get one telling me it was cancelled instead of waiting like a fool. I purposefully got the pizza to surprise my boyfriend after a hard day of work and now I’m furious and I can’t even talk to him because these people are frustrating. Then she said «well do you want to order again» is my order going to be delivered faster since I had to wait an hour and a half? She said I would have to wait an hour.
This had got to be the stupidest thing I could get upset for because it’s the easiest thing to fix!
Customer service! I’ll have to teach you something about it!

Ugh should had Unilocaled I called order 2 pizzas online 1 hour and half later I called and apperantly they canceled the order on my behalf when I didn’t even receive a phone call to verify my info I repeat never received a call however order was charged online and received Email I called and the kid that answered had no idea what’s going on I ended up talking to Gabriela which was the manager in charge she made it sound like the previous manager drop the ball and she just came in her shift, worst customer service ever! Not good for business pizza Hut I will be taking my BUSINESS elsewhere.

Man where to start, so i get a text from a pizza hut promotion to get free order of breadsticks if I order online. So being friday I was down for some pizza and breadsticks with my homie. So i order and since i dont see the free breadsticks I call them. Now pizza hut was not detailed in their text and theres more than meets the eye to this order. So after a bit of frustation Gabriela (beautiful name by the way) answers my call and being very professional she handles the entire situation and makes our Friday night very enjoyable! If you see this Gabriela thank you once again and keep up the great work

First time a dealt with this location for some reason I was told they do not deliver to my location, which is 2 blocks away. I thought fine, whatever I’ll call Dominos which is the same distance just on Magnolia and Lamkershim… great customer service BTW. Last night I decide to order puzza hut, hadn’t had it in a while and was craving some. I place my delivery order online and thought… great! 30 mins, can’t wait. I had a long day at work, skipped lunch and I was starving So 30 mins go by… nothing, 45 mins and I think… ok? So I wait 50 mins and I call. First off, they kept saying they had not received an online order from me, but I insisted that I had an email confirming my order. I was placed on hold for 5 mins and finally the pizza hut girl came back on the phone to inform me my order was canceled because the delivery guy, apparently, knocked on my front door and there was no answer and they claim he called my ph # and no answer. Unbelievable! I was furious, and hungry… which made the whole situation that much worse. But fine… I kept my cool. I did say those were lies, my front door was wide open and I have plenty of windows to where I would have known the delivery guy, which I was anxiously waiting for with my pizza, would have arrived or not. And he did not. I added they better not charge me and at this point pizza hut girl replied…“we wont!” and hung up. I was sooo close to driving to the location to give them a piece of my mind and thought… not worth it. So do yourself a favor and have pizza delivered either from another location or company… Good Day.

I came on to write my review and was not totally surprised that their score is exactly what I was going to give. I ordered today… Extra cheese, extra pepperoni. Pizza didnt seem to have any excess pepperoni… And I had 6 pieces of piece that had actual BALD spots devoid of any cheese. My cookie wad good.
The fact is Ive lived in this area for 7 years and I have had FAR more issues with this store than with any other company. I sat here for :30 debating between here and Dominos. I knew it might be a gamble, but hey… I’m a forgiving person. But I think today… I learned my lesson for good :-/​So sad from a midwest girl who grew up loving her Pizza Hut «Book It» nights

Worst customer service, the person that was getting my order on the phone was very rude to me she was yelling at me The whole time, I ask her if she was the manager and she said yes, I ask her to give me her name Ana Gutierrez I told her I was going to report her for being so rude to me, her answer was just because I don’t have cheese crust doesn’t mean I’m rude ! I respond her you are yelling at me, she said I can’t hear you ! Like really treat customers right if you are the manager this is why this place only has 2star I don’t recommend anyone this pizza place just order from another location

Have no issues with this Pizza Hut lately (have in past) but now they do not participate in the deals that National Pizza Hut offers such as the $ 11 pizza your way. So Domino’s here I come…

So today a fellow Unilocaler checked in at pizza hut. I thought «hmmm that sound’s good!» I ordered online. A bacon and cheese stuffed crust with ham, pineapple and cheese. When I picked it up the staff was nice enough. Other than having to remind them of my order. Long story short… worst pizza ever. Limp and wet. The crust was not good. Nothing like the product advertised. From now on I will only get my pizza from Mom and pop places.

Didn’t like the customer service, the guy was so mean, he is a chubby male, Hispanic around 30 years of old. He some has attitude but the girl was so nice to me but she couldn’t help me because those says something to the girl in Hispanic which I didn’t understand, anyways I think need to change employ or train them well, I won’t come this place anymore for sure!!!

This place is horrible! They talk to you like your stupid and the pizza is always burned. Stay away

I use Unilocal to quickly look up phone numbers for businesses and when I saw this particular locations rating and review I almost second guessed my order and I’m glad I gave them a chance.
Maybe I just caught them on a good day but everything was phenomenal. The lady who answered the phone was friendly and informative. I got the $ 10 dinner box. My order was ready for pick up within 15 minutes as stated and to the best of quality. Dark golden crust pizza crust and breadsticks, pepperonis just a little crisp, and I’m saving the cinnastix for later but I’m sure they’re satisfactory as well. The cashier ever recommended eating my pizza at a park across the street, which is where I’m writing this review from, AND he double checked for my extra sauce. Not bad for a quick dinner on a Saturday night.
If the reviews here startle you like they did me, give them a chance and I hope your experience is as flawless as mine.

Saying they don’t deliver in my area when they’ve done so for years! The other Pizza Hut is also 0.9 miles away and they deliver but both lack in customer service.

After reading all these sad reviews on this specific location, it’s safe to say it was quite accurate. Although I ordered for delivery, my experience was not far from the rest. They did take 40 + mins, quality was expected (mediocre), and the wing-​street wings (if you ever had wingstop or BWWS don’t order these you will be let down hard). I’m giving it three stars because of the time and the pricing for quality.
Other than that it’s alright

Called in for my pizza, went to pick it up and it was promptly ready as told, but the people there couldn’t give a damn that I was there, I asked for some extra cheese, peppers and plates and they basically threw it on the box and handed it to me.
If I could’ve smacked the two people there at the counter I would’ve felt better, but I had to get back to work.
