The rating is based off of the ordering/pick up process and not the the quality of the food. Not too happy how I ordered online, a pasta and wasn’t told until I arrived that they don’t have any. While it’s understandable that some things are run out of, its not okay to not communicate with the customer. I should have recieved a phone call. I came in and he said, «I was just looking at your order and we don’t have any of your marinara pasta» What do you mean you’re JUSTNOW looking at my order? It was supposed to be ready by now. You’re not supposed to be just now looking at it ;( To be honest, I’m one of those types of people who extremely values time and not too happy that it was wasted. I DO have to say that at least he was polite about it and offered a different flavor. Let’s just work on efficiency and communication tho.

Like another reviewer said, I’m only giving one star because you can’t give zero or negative star reviews. If you want chain pizza that is ice cold, does not have the toppings you ordered, and is over half an hour late, order from here! And the staff is super nice too, if you’re into sarcasm.

Only reason they get one is because you have to give star to write review. This is the WORSE Pizza Hut ever! Horrible customer service. They gave me the wrong order then got attitude. I DOHOPETHEREIS –5STARS. Unilocal! Please let people also do negative star! My order did not come for 1 and 20 min(they told me it would take 50 min) and I called again. They told me the phone number they wrote down was wrong but hmm I wonder since I gave them my number twice. They were not offering anything except 1 mountain dew for the late pizza which will take another 40~50 min. The only reason why i gave them 4 stars was because they credited the majority of the money i spent back to my account aftr they royally screwed up my order and family dinner. Othre than that they would have been easily cruisin to a big 1 star!!! Rude staff and idiots run the back. Check out the other pizza places in abundance in and around NoHo before rolling to the dice on this place.

We tried to order from here. Key word, TRIED. After waiting for our delivery, we checked the internet order which stated our pizza would be delivering in just a few minutes. And then we get a call stating that they don’t have the ingredients for one of the pizzas, thus, because they can’t make ONE of the three pizzas, the order is now going to take another 45 minutes to be made/be delivered. Okay… So 20 – 30 minutes later, after items are purchased, you call to advise you can’t make one of the items… That’s one thing. So please explain while that also means that the other pizzas are now going to take an additional 45 minutes to make? Our order was supposed to be DELIVERED at this time. Instead, they were just getting around to calling us, to inform that they hadn’t started on the order at all. To make this all worse, one of the people we were ordering has a severe allergy to bread and thus, can’t have gluten unless it’s gluten free(we’re talking trips to the emergency room kinda«fun»). So, as it turns out, the pizza that was gluten free couldn’t be made. This Pizza Hut’s response??? «Well, how about a deep dish instead.» REALLY? When asked if the MANAGER even knew what gluten free means to someone who suffers an allergic reaction, the literal response was, «Or like thin crust?» We promptly advised that they SERIOUSLY need to understand ingredients, allergies and the differences between gluten and gluten free. After this, a sequence of lies came from the manager and suddenly, they were stating that our food, instead of taking the additional 45 minutes to complete, was magically now ready and would be out the door in five. Revolting, uneducated service. Not only does the manager and staff not care about even making the food in a timely manner(«DERP! We’re bored from talking bull to one another, guess we should start on those orders from two hours ago!»), but they don’t even care about sanitation, knowing your product, or the well being of anyone they’re making food for. The biggest kicker was the manager, a female named Denise, throwing the cook Mario under the bus when she stated that she was only filling in and typically manages a location in Glendale. WHAT? So that’s your excuse? That you don’t run this one, BUTANOTHERONE? That’s still NOTGOOD. Funny thing, guess which Pizza Huts in Glendale have terrible reviews like this one? Disgusting and shameful. We cancelled the order and went with Domino’s.

This place sucks. Have had the WORST time ordering over the phone with them. First time the person DIDNOT know my order, no matter how many times I repeated my self. She then tried to charge me $ 18 bucks for a $ 12 order that I was PICKINGUP, which I had said several times, but she said the extra cost was for delivery. I canceled and went somewhere else. Then the SECOND time I was put on hold and left on hold for over 10 min. I eventually hung up and got a pizza from a better place. Yall suck, will not order from here again.

Not good at all… I pre ordered food to have it delivered 3 hours later and they were still an hour late. When my husband called the location to ask how much longer it would be this guy that answered just hung up on him. When he called back a lady answered and when my husband told her someone hung up on him she proceeded to say«I don’t think they hung up on you.» Ummm ok whatever… my husband asked them her for the corporate office number and she said she didn’t have it. When he told her«stop playing I know you have the number» she straight said she didn’t have access to it. Well I found it and here’s the number if anyone ever needs it: 800−948−8488… we ended up getting food somewhere else and will be disputing the charges to get our money back. Such a bummer too, I was so in the mood for pizza

When I finally talked to someone they told me that my pizza would take another HOUR. AFTERTWOHOURSOFWAITING. I obviously wanted to cancel my order, so after the rude employee canceled my order I asked to speak with a manager, the manager refused to speak with me but told his employee to put a free pizza credit on my account. When I called to receive my credit, I spoke with a manager who was also EXTREMELY rude and could barely speak English. He told me that there was no note on the account and that he couldn’t help me because the employee wasn’t there. Such a joke. The worst experience I’ve ever had with any restaurant/business EVER. HORRIBLEAWFUL.

Don’t order delivery from them. 1st experience– placed an order three hours in advance for delivery at 9:00pm.(My team only had an hour for lunch) at 9:15, it still hadn’t arrived. I called, and they said they had gotten the order wrong, so one of my pizzas was sitting in the warmers while the other was baking. It finally arrived at 9:50. One of the pizzas was chewy and a little burnt. The rest tasted fine. I called, and the manager gave me a credit for my next order. 2nd experience– Tonight i ordered a box deal, and I was excited to try the new hot chocolate brownie. Arrived in a timely manner, but the driver didn’t have Parmesan or crushed peppers… And the brownie was just the regular version, which costs less than the hot chocolate one. In summary– tastes good, but they will not get your order right.

Takes a lot for me to give a place 1 star… I’m usually quite generous. The only thing positive about this experience was the delivery driver who was kind. THEPIZZA was horrible. Cold. Cheese less. Nasty!!! Complained and she told me she’d deliver another but is have to give the other one back after waiting an hour for this yucky one. Ugh. Bummed out.

OK so I placed a order for cheesy bite pizza and cheese sticks. Order arrived on time, delivery guy had this smug attitude about him! Pizza didn’t cheesy in the crust. The cheesy sticks were anything but cheesy and they where burnt. Overall quality sucks! Save your time go yo a mom and pop spot

Just ordered delivery from here for the 1st time… The food showed up 40 minutes after the time it was suppose to be here. We ordered the pizza box w breadsticks and cinnastix… Everything was cold. We ordered extra sauce on the pizza and there’s literally no sauce on the pizza. Yeah… Pass on this location. Literally called the store 3 times just to find out why my delivery was taking so long.

The other was a little burnt and im positive it doesnt have the extra cheese i ordered(the pizza was ok to eat but salted pretzal crust was not). I usually order from this Pizza Hut but for the last few times I’ve ordered online for this location, it says the order would be ready in 15 minutes and when I show up a few minutes after the pick up time, the order still isn’t ready. Today, I ordered at 3:11 and it said it would be ready by 3:26pm. I didn’t get my order until 3:50pm. I could have gone into the location, ordered and waited there for that amount of time. Not very happy about it. The employees didn’t even acknowledge it or apologize.
